Contemporary house of 240m2, finished in 2021, for 8 people, on the heights of Rochefort-Du-Gard, quiet, 15 minutes from Avignon, spectacular view, great comfort,<br>Very nice living space.<br><br>Large living space between the kitchen and the terrace, the bay windows open completely, meals are taken under a bioclimatic pergola which brings freshness during the summer, with a superb view. The barbecue is on this terrace, the land is fully enclosed.<br>Near the pool, a pool house area allows you to relax, it is equipped with deckchairs and parasol, with a bathroom including shower and toilet, and serves as a changing room, the pool can be covered with an electric shutter for safety.<br>Access to the pool is direct from the downstairs bedrooms, and is via an external staircase from the master suite.<br>The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an alarm.
