I don't know where else to put this. The house rules don't allow me enough characters.
Due to circumstances beyond my control and due to some specific complaints, I am putting a disclaimer here:
If there is an amenity that has been offered and available for your use, and when you arrive it is not working - I will call the appropriate person to fix. You MUST be responsive and available (if necessary) for the technician to come in and fix the problem. This will include (but not limited to) Wifi, Cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, washer/ dryer, elevator, refridgerator, AC, heating, fireplace, etc) . I am ALWAYS very responsive and willing to send the appropriate person to fix. Sometimes it may take a couple of days due to THEIR schedule.
During the summer months I literally have NO TIME (due to bookings) to get down there and schedule maintenance things. So please understand, I do the very best I can. Thanks for your understanding!!
