Here is your chance to stay so close to the beach in this pet friendly home!!

Enter from the ground level into a space perfect for bike and beach chair storage. Take the exterior stairs up one level to the main entrance. This home, formerly two separate apartments, has double the living space and TWO kitchens. The main level has two bedrooms and one full bathroom in addition to a living room, dining area and kitchen. The top floor has a master bathroom with a full bathroom as well as another kitchen, dining area and living room.

Views are beautiful from the outside spaces and rooftop deck!

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Broadkill Beach Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great family vacation. Short distance to the beach. Quiet area which is what we like the most about Broadkill. House was clean and well equipped. Will be back again next year!

Nice Stay Near Lewes

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a few days in this property with family. Everything was clean and operational. It was great to have this layout so people could spread out and feel comfortable. Areas was very quiet and views were very nice. Only downside was it was a bit hard to get to Lewes and Rehobeth from the property so everything we did took a little bit of time and lots of traffic. Just something to be prepared for but overall was a very nice stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay there, a quiet nice beach, not too far from places to eat and activities. The floor plan of the house was perfect for us. The vacation was good, except for my fishing trip at Fisherman's Wharf in Lewes, Delaware, where I paid 140 dollars for no fishing.I would recommend this place to stay in, quiet but near to things to do.

If you have another option don’t rent this house

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I felt like I was renting an Air BnB not one managed by a real estate company. The house was chintzy and there was a lot of damage when we got there. It doesn’t have the best access to the beach and while it claims to be “beach front” there is actually a lot in front of it so a house could go up at anytime. Pet friendly but not great for letting dogs out. The “enclosed” entry way actually doesn't have a closed in roof so if it rains everything gets wet and it really smells like low tide. Queen bed has a double mattress making master bed uncomfortable, upstairs washer didn’t work, and real estate agent wasn’t very empathetic, he just said “we don’t own it, we just rent it.” It was good enough but spend your money elsewhere.
