The apartment, on the 1st floor without lift, consists of an entrance cabin with bunk beds, a shower room and a bright living room with equipped kitchen and comfortable sofa bed (new mattress 2025)
When you arrive, you can park easily on the street, parking is paid from June to September (week pass 45€) or free car parks 5 minutes walk away. You can then no longer take your car from the stay, everything can be done on foot or by bike thanks to the many cycle and pedestrian paths.
The area is quiet and residential, the beach and the seaside promenade (restaurants and bars) is 150 m walk, the pine forest 5 minutes.
Montpellier Airport is 10 km away and is easily accessible by a motorway.
Sud de France Train Station (TGV) is 20 km away.
The LIO 606 bus allows you to quickly reach La Grande Motte, a stop is near the apartment.
Sheets and bath mats are provided as well as household products, we ask you to return the apartment in the initial state of cleanliness. We also provide basic products (salt, oil, sponge, dishwashing liquid).
In July and August, rental only by the week.
