Ideally conceived for a couple, this beautiful studio apartment has been fully renovated.



The bathroom is comfortable and has a shower.



The living room has a sofa bed, a fully equiped kitchen, a dining table and access to the balcony.

Ski locker to store your skis or snowboard



You'll have access to the apartment and it's balcony.



We are available and based in Avoriaz if you need anything !



Located on "quartier des Ruches", the apartment is centraly located : the "Village des Enfants", Sherpa supermarket and shops are just about 100m from the residence.

Fantastic apartment and company

We had an absolutely fantastic time at La Vivace. The apartment was beautiful and came equipped with everything we needed for the week. The location was perfect, right on the slopes but still close enough to where the restaurants are. The apartment was also such great value for money. Immodreams were extremely helpful and accommodating. Could not recommend enough. Nothing

Cosy et idéalement placé
