98 Heather Point is the perfect, quaint, little home base for you New Smyrna Beach Adventures! It comfortably sleeps 4 guests, or a family of 5 and has relaxing waterfront and nature preserve evening sunset views to end your days.
Available for monthly (or longer) rentals, this nicely updated, coastal casual space serves as a great jumping off point by bike, golf cart, or car to our famous drive on beaches, popular surf spots, historic Canal St shops, museums and landmarks, always-happening Flagler Ave, the main Marina's and boat ramps, as well as numerous local eateries.
You're also a quick walk from the Marine Discovery Center, Bowling Alley, Bait & Tackle stores, and a surprisingly nice Liquor store.
On the property you can use a fire pit, fishing pier right out your back door. For boaters, there is an option to rent a boat slip with the unit for the month as well.

Month stay

The location, setting and view were great. We rented this condo based on the photos listed but it was not furnished as shown in the photos. Without a table and seating for four this condo does not accommodate 4 adults to stay or to visit.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review, and we're glad you enjoyed the location, setting and views! It is accurate that the listing pictures are not fully up to date... We have updated the 2nd bedroom, where there was previously just a double bed, to now have a double, plus twin bunk bed combo. Being a smaller unit, we find it very comfortable for a family of 4-5, however have chosen to arrange the space more to accomodate living area rather than traditional table seating. That said, there is a couch height coffee table in front of the tv, a 2 seat high top table in the kitchen, a 4 seat patio table four outdoor dining, and a fold away table in the closet that can be used to add table seating if desired. Feel free to contact me ahead of your stay to ask any questions that may pertain to your plans or desired use of the unit. Scott

NSB Trip

We really enjoyed our stay in New Smyrna Beach! The location was great, less than two miles from Flagler Ave and the beach and close to Canal St. Scott was great to respond with any questions or issues we had. The pictures on the VRBO page need to be updated. The guest room shows a double bed and when we arrived there was a double bunk bed. Overall, it was very comfortable.

Plenty of privacy. Highly recommend!

Private, quiet, and on the lagoon with plenty of dolphin, sea turtle and even a few manatee sightings. Condo was well stocked with everything you could need.

Our Family loves New Smyrna Beach and we spend many of our weekends there. When the kids are not in sports, they want to be surfing, biking around town, shopping on Flagler, fishing, or playing on disappearing Island.

We spend so much time in NSB it only made sense to buy a little place of our own. When we aren't able to use it, we'd like for others to be able to enjoy the NSB we know.

Why they chose this property

Dolphin Cove is a lesser known, but well situated property with updated units. Its convenient to Canal St and Flagler Ave, 1 mile to the beach, is water front and has great preserve views. Throw in the boat slip and this property is a no brainer.
