Large gite 12 minutes from Futuroscope

An old restored farmhouse, this large 230m² cottage 12 minutes from Futuroscope can accommodate up to 15 people (adults, children and babies included). In the middle of nature, our closest neighbors are 300 metres away as the crow flies. We are open 365 days a year. The swimming pool is exclusive to the cottage, it is open from the end of May to September, from 9 am to 8 pm.

This cottage includes:
On the ground floor:
A lobby with bar, table football, arcade game terminal, 4G wifi point
A fully equipped kitchen and scullery (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, freezer, hob, toaster, ice maker, etc.), crockery and kitchen utensils and cleaning equipment.
A toilet,
A large living room with TV, DVD player, speakers available, an optional DJ pack.

Upstairs:
2 shower rooms,
A toilet,
3 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed,
1 bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people,
1 bedroom with 2 double beds,
Blankets and pillows for each bed.

Outside:
Terrace of 70m² with a covered area, tables and chairs, refrigerator, charcoal barbecue, petanque court, 8x3.5 m swimming pool (unheated) exclusive for the cottage from the end of May to September (from 9 am to 8 pm) with deckchairs.
Enclosed land and parking. Site under video surveillance.

Personal enclosures are no longer allowed. Enclosures available inside and outside the cottage.
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking cottage.
Bed linen and towels not included.
Different options possible: cleaning, sheets, towels, meals, breakfast, picnic.
