We are located in the beautiful, historic town of Chippawa. 1 mile from the 'brink' of Niagara Falls and 200 ft from the Niagara River. Watch the boats float by from your front porch. Niagara Park's 26 miles of bike/walking trails is literally at your door step. 5 world class golf courses in 10 miles. Newly renovated 3 bdrm house with living rm, dining rm and large games rm with pool table /gas fireplace. Walking distance to water, Tim Hortons, banks, grocery, lcbo, pharmacy and several restaurants
Boaters can enjoy the easy access and launching into the waters of Niagara, docks are 1 mile away. We have enough room in our driveway, where you can easily trailer your boat.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to the falls and the local area around the corner was great for swimming and fishing. Locals were very nice and informative. House was clean and had everything but washer dryer, which is not a make or break for us. Would stay again.

Enjoyable Stay

We loved our stay at the house. The beds were cozy, super close the Falls, and we enjoyed the in town restaurants. Roseanne was super responsive when we needed her and check in was easy. The kids loved the games, pool and hockey.

Nice house. Lots of character. Pool table was a plus. Owner was very accessible. Outdoor area was nice and beds were comfy. We had ants in the kitchen so the owner brought some spray for us to use, which we did not... instead we just made sure all our food was put up. It has one toilet, which was hard with 6 people, so i think this would be great if it would have been 4 or less people. Would recommend for a smaller group.

Close to the falls

When we first arrived, we thought we had made the wrong decision. The house is across the street from a water treatment center, but, once we realized how close we were to the falls, it turned out we had a great time. The house is well kept, lots of space. Owner is quick to respond.

Location was great, beds, linens were nice, overall clean, spacious. But a mice problem left us washing dishes before and after we ate. Steep steps in front do not have railing, weeds growing from rain gutter, holes in basement on outside of property. Notes left on paper plates on how to shut the faucet off. Water view, as listed by owner, is outside on the sidewalk or from the bathroom upstairs. Asked owner to reimburse cleaning fee, did not happen. I have been at a quite a few rentals and this property needs some work. For the price, not worth it.

We liked the spacious house, comfortable clean rooms, billiard, quiet neighborhood, park near and more. We absolutely disappointed with: 1. horrible odor we faced entering the house 2. broken water tap in the kitchen 3. Dangerously hanging big broken branch off the tree at the backyard, which we noticed later. Glad it didn't fell on our little kid's head. 4. problematic door leading to the backyard. 5. Broken door knob in the only one washroom in the house. 6. Missing ability to lock the door in the washroom. 7. Absence of electrical power in the kitchen. We think that this place is not secure enough to stay, and needs a careful check up.

just what we needed

We were looking for a place to relax, listen to music, go out and walk to the river that is across the street. the falls are 30 min walking. a very comfortable house, the owner Rossane very friendly. I will definitely return.

Many of summers growing up have we both worked in the tourist industry, as well as our four children. We know the area very well and can assist you with any questions regarding Niagara Falls and surrounding area.

Why they chose this property

You will love this property. Primarily due to its location, and of course our vacation home, which we adhere to the utmost protocol of cleanliness. Especially in these Covid times. As a retired teacher, I am hands on to ensure this is maintained.

What makes this property unique

If you are a boater, cyclist and tourist -- you will love how close we are to the trails and waterways. We have plenty of room in our driveway for two cars and a trailer.
