Mid Century Modern Smart Home in Bluffview. Centrally located to get to all parts of Dallas quickly including Downtown, SMU, American Airlines Arena and AT&T Stadium. Located at the end of a cul de sac with lots of trees, you'll be close to the action but feel you are still in the country.

Amazing outdoor space with Deck. Pool, Bar, 4K Big Screen TVs, Gas Grill & Firepit. (Note: Pool will be closed 10/15-3/31). Over 60 5-Star Reviews.

No Parties or stays w/ over 4 guests or outside guests.

NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings. If you are thinking of hosting a party here, please DO NOT send a request. This is my permanent home, and I want to limit the house, deck and pool to guests who are staying there only. No outside guests permitted, unless prior consent.
Please be considerate of noise levels and the neighbors at all times especially after 10 pm.
No smoking of any kind within the house.
