Brand new build! Completed November 2020.
This cozy home feels light and roomy despite its modest size (575 ft.2). Large clear covered deck (12’x 24’) with patio furniture allows for BBQing in any weather while allowing light to shine through over head. Propane grill on deck. This property is only 5 Minutes from town, Its quite and peaceful.
Owners live on the property in a large house close by. They keep to themselves, but are easily accessible for any of your needs if necessary.

This was a wonderful cabin. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The porch and fire pit enjoyable. We had a wonderful day on our boat trip into the Kenai Fjords NP with Major Marine Tours. It is a very quiet location a short way out of Seward. The host was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the visits from Bobby. We would highly recommend this cabin.

Rodney and his wife are awesome!! Been twice and will return. Relaxing with all the amenities you can need!!! Bobby is the best pal. Such a serene retreat 6 miles north of Seward. Don’t miss this gem!!

This little cabin was perfect. Two bedrooms, one bath and some living space. All the necessities were provided. Basic kitchen items, soaps, paper supplies, and very thick fluffy towels. The owner is across the driveway and their dog is so playful and friendly! This property is outside of town so a car is needed, which makes it a quiet getaway each night. Room darkening shades in the bedrooms were very good. There is a good grocery store and a Laundromat in the town of Seward. Thank you for letting us stay!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and our host. I made a pretty spectacular travel mistake—I accidentally booked our stay for NEXT year! We arrived in Seward around 11:00 p.m., completely unaware of what I had done.I can only imagine our host’s surprise when we showed up that late at night expecting a place to stay! He could not have been more gracious. He welcomed us, made sure we were taken care of, and basically said, “We’ll figure everything out tomorrow.” That kindness set the tone for our entire stay.The place itself was absolutely spotless, incredibly comfortable, and so thoughtfully designed. You can tell that a tremendous amount of care has gone into both the property and the guest experience.And then there was Bobby! Their wonderful dog was SO happy to see us that you couldn’t help but be happy right along with him. We absolutely loved him.The entire property is special and wonderfully unique. There are thoughtful details everywhere, and it’s clear that these hosts genuinely care about creating a memorable experience for their guests.I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone visiting Seward. The property was wonderful, but the hospitality was even better. After the grace and kindness we were shown when we unexpectedly appeared at 11:00 p.m. a full YEAR early, I’d give them more than five stars if I could.

Cozy, quiet cabin. Great place!

This place was great! Awesome cabin, very clean and quiet. Close to town and lots of things to do. Would stay here again for sure if I am ever back in the area.

Quiet and comfy!

Great place close to Seward but away from the noise and crowds. Very comfortable and quiet, provisioned with everything we needed. We will stay here again and recommend it to others!
