A lovely apartment in a perfect location.

Our host did everything she could to make our stay as perfect as possible. We couldn’t have hoped for more. The apartment is not only beautiful, it’s also just a 5-minute walk from the lake and the old town.

Beautiful apartment in Beautiful Annecy

Thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful apartment in a quiet location with Old Town and Lake Annecy within easy walking distance. The 2 balconies were an added delight. The owner provided detailed access instructions which was most helpful and she was very cordial and communicative. We eagerly look forward to returning.

Marie was very clear with the check in details. Marie was also quick to respond to my questions on the area. The apartment was very clean and had lots of space for 2 adults and 2 children (17&12). The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cutlery and crockery to cook in some nights. Location was great, 5 mins walk from the lake and town, a nice quiet location too. Would definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé un très agrèable séjour dans l'appartement de Marie-Line. Nous avons eu toutes les explications plus un plan pour trouver le parking qui est situé à quelques mètres. Un très agréable séjour à Annecy

Appartement idéalement situé pour profiter d’Annecy. Il est très fonctionnel et agréable. Les chambres et la literie sont confortables. L’hôte est très à l’écoute et rend le séjour fabuleux. Juste pour être complet et rendre l’ensemble très objectif, sachez que la salle de bailns est étroite et peut rendre les choses compliquées avec un bébé. Sinon foncez!

Très bon emplacement, appartement tres agréable

L'appartement est parfaitement aménagé, avec soin, tout y est, c'est fort appréciable. Lac et vielle ville accessibles a pied. Le parking est un vrai plus, car le stationnement et la circulation a Annecy était insupportable ce weekend. Nous avons fort apprécié cette location. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil .

Bonjour, Nous avons effectivement passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Marie-Line, que nous avons trouvé tout à fait conforme à nos attentes. Parmi tous les avantages (équipement complet, très bonne literie...), je souhaiterais mettre en exergue la localisation du bien qui permet de tout "faire à pied"(proximité du Lac et des commerces). Juste un point qui pourrait être facilement amélioré, à savoir le plan pour accéder au parking: mieux qu'une photo, un schéma avec le nom des rues faciliterait l'installation des futurs vacanciers. Ce fut en tout cas une belle expérience!

Apartment close to lake and old town

Lovely apartment very conveniently located close to old town and lake shore. Spotlessly clean and kitchen had everything you could need, we really appreciated the coffee maker and enjoyed coffee and pastries on the balcony at the end of each day. Marie-Line, the owner, was very helpful and very quick to answer our questIons. We really enjoyed our stay.
