Excellent house, beautifully maintained and ideally located on the beach, offering stunning views of both sunrise and sunset at the horizon. Each room is spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the kitchen is one of the most expansive and well-equipped I have seen in a property like this. Thanks for good memories

Perfect beach house stay!

Wonderful South Ponte Vedra home

My wife and I, our boys and their friends had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend at this well appointed home right on the beach. Beautiful sunrise over the ocean and sunset overlooking Guana State Park.

This is the perfect vacation home. We stayed for TPC and it was the perfect location. Not too far from the course and not too far from st Augustine. Very nice property. Highly recommend.

This home was exactly as advertised and nicely situated on the ocean between Ponte Vedra Beach and Vilano Beach. Ample parking. The home was clean, convenient, and a great spot for a large family to gather! The kids had a blast in the lower walkout level with pool table and beach access. We would highly recommend this home.

Great place for family with older children

We had a great stay at this property. The beach is literally outside the door and the pool table provided endless entertainment for our older kids and us. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we enjoyed waking up early to watch the sunrise together. The property is about 20 minutes away from downtown St Augustine which worked great for us. We spent a day there and then enjoyed the seclusion of the property for the rest of our stay

The house is very nice. Loved the beach decor. The kitchen is the best equipped in any house we’ve rented. The only issue we had was the huge jetted tubs in the bathroom. Getting in to take a shower was an ordeal.

Atmosphere of Peace

This home is really set apart from many I have stayed at on Ponte vedra Beach over the years. The owners are professional, lovely and wonderful in every way, and the house reflects their heart.
