Ft Pierce Condo

The location was superb. Our host was very responsive to our questions during our stay. The condo, however, needs serious updating. It is very rundown. Kitchen lights didn’t work and there were broken drawers in the bathroom. Also needs new amenities for the kitchen and bathrooms. Due to construction we didn’t have access to the pool and it was really noisy. We feel we should have been told this in advance as we would have sought out another property. Overall the location is great and the host was accommodating. As a vacation/extended stay property the upgrades are essential to make it more appealing.

The condo was Not at all what we expected.

The appliances were old. The ice maker did not work as advertised. The ice trays were provided but 2 of 4 were broken. There was a large hole in the vegetable drawer. The dishwasher was not attached to the wall and dishes always fell forward. The door handle on the microwave kept coming apart on the bottom. The kitchen lights did not work when we arrived but the owner sent someone to repair them. The master bed was not made when we arrived although there were sheets available. There were 6 chairs in the dining room but 3 of the either broke or were broken and unusable. The master bathroom vanity drawer broke and couldn’t be used. Thr owner sent someone to repair it. The fan in the lanai never did work and we did not report it. There were other things too numerous to list. I will not rent another VRBO property.
