We understand the importance of traveling with your dog. They are a member of the family.
Dogs only 45lbs or under and NO CATS (on March 15, 2011, the ADA amended this provision to certify that dogs are the only recognized service animals)
- Guest pets must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. Be careful using the common areas around the property. We are not responsible for the outside elements that might affect your pet.
Our unit is treated by a pest control company once a month.

- Acceptable Pets are welcome all well-mannered, disease-free animals weighing 45 lbs.
- Leashes. Pets must be leashed or held in arms in all common areas.
- Pets not allowed on the pool area.
- We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive barking, evidence of disease, or urination or defecation in public areas. You will be responsible for all charges relating to the removal of your pet including transportation and kennel charges.
- Damage to the property and Common Areas: Your account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet/guests.
Beach access: it’s a private gated beach access and the code will be sent to the guests prior the arrival.

The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period.

Early check-in free as charge NOT available during seasons: Spring/summer, $170 extra cleaning fee for an extra cleaner is mandatory, please don't ask.
Late check-out fee is also $170 extra fee.
