Amenities include Main House , 2 car garage- that is converted into a game room with Ping Pong, Pool, Foosball etc. 1.15 acres, Victorian boathouse deck with 5 boat slips and 2 moorings but lake may be frozen, , 155' lake frontage which makes this an extremely private property. This beautifully restored property has a full kitchen and screened porch. Beautiful Lake George view to watch the setting sun. Pets allowed. Near many ski mountains, and hiking trails. Lake George Winter Carnival is fun!.

2020 Winter Getaway

Lovely property right on the lakeshore and close to Lake George Village, West Mountain Ski Resort and Bolton Landing. House was well equipped with plenty of room for parents and adult children/significant others. Peaceful vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there together as a family. Hope to revisit in the summer months!
