The house faces the shared swimming pool with a large deck to sit and enjoy the beautiful Port A sunshine. There’s even a spring latched gate on the deck so children can’t escape. Come and enjoy everything this house and community has to offer, you will never want to leave!
Adorable beachy décor greets you in this open floor plan kitchen/living room. There is a large round dining table to seat 8. Cozy but comfy living room has an overstuffed couch and an arm chair to relax while watching the Big Screen TV.
A Giant Marlin greets you in this kitchen featuring all the comforts of home with stainless steel appliances and space to create family meals.
There is a beautiful pool at The Sunday Villas with plenty of pool furniture and loungers. There is lots of shade to hang out under the house and BBQ your catch of the day or good ole hamburgers and hot dogs. For downstairs dining there is a picnic table. Upstairs your large deck gets lots of sunshine and overlooks the swimming pool. There is a table with chairs to play cards or sip evening cocktails, or both. The washer/dryer is also downstairs There is parking for 2-3 vehicles depending on their size under the house and in the driveway. There is limited overflow parking at the swimming pool.
