DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The house la Boissière is set in a tiny and quiet hamlet typically perigordine in style, only 5km away from the famous village of Beynac, well known for its majestic castle and good restaurants.

Built on a cliff, the house overlooks its large private pool and garden and offers extended views over the woods and the Dordogne river valley below.

Lovingly renovated in keeping with its history, tastefully decorated and equipped for the comfort of its guests, La Boissière is ideal for up to 6 guests.


INSIDE DESCRIPTION:

With a total surface area of +/- 110 m², over 3 levels, the house offers on the ground floor :
* A bright and light open plan style kitchen, very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, etc...
The long wooden table seats 6 and is ideal for dining inside.
* At the other side of the room, the living room with stone walls and exposed beams is nicely furnished with two sofas, an armchair, books shelves, coffee table and large flat screen TV. The woodburner is ideal for the coldest evenings.
The two glass windows lead out to the very romantic front terrace

The wooden staircase, worn over the years, leads to the first floor landing where there are the first two double bedrooms :
*on the right hand side, the master bedroom , bathed in light, offers a king size bed, two bedside tables and lamps, a large wardrobe, a small desk and two comfortable armchairs.
As all the bedrooms, it enjoys a fabulous view over the valley below.
* on the other side of the landing, the double bedroom has another 16àcm large double bed, a built in wardrobe and a vintage chair.
* They share a family bathroom with a bath, a wash basin and toilet.

The two other bedrooms are set on the upper floor :
* The 3rd bedroom offers a single bed, bedside table, lamp and a chest of drawers
* The last bedroom offers the same equipment and also enjoys a desk and a small TV screen.
* Both bedrooms share a shower room with a shower cubicle and a washbasin.
* A separate toilet is also available on this upper level.


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Despite the fact that the house is extremely charming and well equipped, it is outside that you will appreciate the "magic" of the house.
* From breakfast, to starlit dinners, you will not tire of the view over the valley below, comfortably installed on the terrace equipped with table and chairs, and a large Weber bbq perfect to cook delicious meals!
* It overlooks the superb private pool which benefits from sunshine all day long. Measuring 9m x 5m it is secured by a hard cover that also helps to keep the heat at night. It is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for lazy afternoons.
* The romantic garden built on different terraced areas, offers grassy areas, wild flowers and age old trees, inciting relaxing and dreamy moments.
* A table tennis table is available for entertainment
* Private parking for 2 to 3 cars within the grounds.
