Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft, eingebettet in einem herrlichen Pinienwald.Die Einrichtung ist sehr persönlich und ergibt eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Eine negative Anmerkung bleibt: der Pool war nicht in Betrieb und wird erst im Mai in Gang gesetzt. Leider war das nicht im Inserat vermerkt.

Bonnes Vacances

Wir (2 Paare) waren im Juni mit 2 Kindern und der Oma für 2 sehr erholsame Wochen in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage und Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Wir wurden von Cindy sehr gut betreut und informiert und würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiteremfpehlen. Der Pool und der Blick auf den Luberon waren jeden Tag atemberaubend.

Perfect location

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Der Checkin und Checkout mit Cindy von Home Luberon war herzlich und unkompliziert. Sie war für uns immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Den Pool haben wir fast täglich genutzt, mit 25 °C angenehmer Wassertemperatur. Weitere Highlights waren für uns der freie Blick auf den Luberon und die herrliche Natur um das Haus.

Belle maison dans un havre de paix

Grande et belle maison, très bien équipée Grand jardin agréable, entouré de pins et de chênes Belle terrasse ombragée Un grand merci à Cindy pour son accueil et son amabilité ! Les enfants ont beaucoup aime jouer à l extérieur et ont dévoré les livres mis à disposition Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances : il est fort probable que nous reviendrons !

Dejligt rummeligt hus med fantastiske udeområder

Vi havde et skønt ophold i Roussillon. Huset var fantastisk rummeligt og meget velindrettet i forhold til ferieophold. Udendørsområderne var fantastiske med flere forskellige skyggemuligheder. Fantastisk pool. Eneste minus er den relativt omstændige proces med underskrivelse af lejeaftale, som dog i praksis ikke fylder noget.

Équipements et confort général survendus, les photos sont plus belles que la réalité

Après nous avoir confirmé que la maison était climatisée, nous constatons avec dépit que la maison dispose de 2 climatiseurs portables encombrants nécessitant l’ouverture de fenêtre et condamnant forcément une sdb. Équipements globalement vieillissants voir dangereux (transats et parasols) . Piscine sale et non entretenue. De plus il faudrait signaler que la maison est totalement inconfortable pour 2 couples. Grosse déception donc par rapport aux attentes et au prix payé

Chère Madame, Nous sommes fortement surpris de l’avis très décevant que vous portez sur cette propriété qui jusqu’à présent avait recueilli que des avis élogieux et les meilleures notes que ce soit sur Abritel ou d’autres plateformes reconnues internationalement. Les désagréments factuels que vous avez mis en exergue sont de caractères conjoncturels et aléatoires à l’instar de l’eau de la piscine qui se trouble sous l’effet d’un fort et durable pic de chaleur ou de mobiliers détériorés à la suite d’un coup de Mistral. Bien entendu après votre départ des actions ont été menées comme à notre habitude, de nouveaux transats et parasols ont été mis en place, la clarté de l’eau rétablie et les interventions hebdomadaires multipliées par deux. Enfin vos autres avis sur cette maison auraient mérité plus de nuances et la meilleure réponse que nous pouvons vous apporter est celle provenant des avis positifs de nos nombreux précédents vacanciers. Ideal location, top professional property manager but deficits makes this property less than Ideal

Our expectations were largely met but there were some problems. First, after a few short days, the pool water was no longer clear. We had our test kit with us and this pool failed on all key fronts. We told the property managers and he said the pool man would come on Saturday and tend to this problem. Unfortunately, the pool man came and dropped new chlorine tabs in and said he would come back the next day. He never came. The water became so cloudy that a person standing in the water could not see below the thight. Yes, knees or feet were not visible! The water only worsened. Second, the Plancha grill did not come clean with soap or BBQ Grill cleaner (that we ought, along with stainless steel oven scrubbers). We spent a half hour or more every night scrubbing this apppliance down, and the time required increased, night to night. I believe the owner of the house ought to provide the proper cleaning supplies, and ensure that the stainless steel surface is properly sealed. We have our own plancha at home and also a lot of experience with various planchas, which underscores why we found this appliance to be sub-standard. It became so laborious to use I wanted to scream during week two. The super friendliness and kindness of the property manager makes this property attractive. Hervre always answered my questions when trying to decide on booking this property, and his super friendly greeting to us upon arrival showed us that he cared. I trust he will speak to the owners on the plancha and pool! He should also suggest that the owners install some basic outdoor lighting so that sitting outside at night is attractive. Right now it is not. There is no lighting around the pool or in the surrounding property area, only a blinding flood light. For the price of the property, this kind of ambiance ought to be considered. The location was of course absolutely perfect for exploring the area. We left here and went to another house in Lacoste for the same price, but the outdoor cooking facilities and lighting in our next house were far, far superior. So all iln all I give this property 3 or a 4 minus. Hervre gets a 5 plus for his kindness and professionalism! Merci.

La détente parfaite

On a surtout apprécié la veranda ombragée, le jardin et le pool. Mais aussi le séjour généreux lorsqu'il faisait un peu plus frais. On était 4 adultes et 2 enfants, et la semaine s'est passée trop vite pour tout le monde.

Villa très agréable à vivre dans un environnement exceptionnel
