gros gros point noir sur l'accès au logement et le stationnement 10 chaises pour 14 personnes etc.!!!

Indigne à ce prix !
- Beaux volumes
....mais le prix de la location n'est aucunement corrélé à la qualité du bien :
- Accès piéton difficile car escalier aux marches irrégulières, non planes et parsemées d'embuches Impossible pour personnes âgées et jeunes enfants (marches trop hautes). Pour info. ma femme (69 ans) a chuté et est victime d'une rupture de la coiffe des rotateurs)
- Fosse sceptique qui déborde sur les escaliers d'accès (insalubre) au logement !!! (Problème existant le jour d'arrivée mais la réparation n'a pu être effectué que le mercredi après midi)
- Meubles en piteux état :
*chaises -6 sur 10 consolidées par Thibon Immobilier)
*Tiroirs armoires des chambres disloqués (non réparés)
* certaines portes placards cuisine ne fermant pas
* Vis apparentes (et dangereuses pour de petites mains) sur de nombreux meubles (table basse et chaise - mise de côté)
* Taches sur fauteuil chambre

- Agencements douteux :
* Plinthes (couloir 1er étage) décollées et présentant des clous apparents (intervention en urgence réalisée par Thibon Immobilier). Au RDC plinthe décollée
* Flexible douche 1er étage fuyant et intervention par Thibon Immobilier
- Etat délabré de deux pièces au 1er étage (SDB et petite chambre)
Nombreuses photos prises à disposition
A noter que le correspondant local, Thibon Immobilier, a fait le maximum pour intervenir sur les aspects les plus urgents mais "ne peut se substituer au propriétaire pour entreprendre des travaux de fonds"
En résumé, très grande déception
