Experience paradise in this beautifully decorated, newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with upscale appliances and stylish touches throughout. Take in views of our tropical resort-style pool from your lanai or head down your private spiral staircase to soak up those rays in one of our many poolside loungers.

Bonita Village is a luxury gated condominium community located in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida just minutes from some of the best beaches in the world. With both our large Resort Pool and tranquil Quiet Pool, relaxation is all but guaranteed! Fancy a workout? Our Island House Clubhouse offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, fully stocked with Cybex and Peloton equipment. If you are feeling parched, our poolside chickee, the Groggy Frog, serves mouthwatering wine-based cocktails and beer (in-season, weather permitting) or you can put on your chefs hat and head to our grilling area! For your convenience, each condo also has a dedicated parking space, free high-speed WiFi, Cable, and Smart TV capabilities.

Steps to the pool

Perfect spot overlooking the beautiful resort pool. The spiral staircase leading to the pool was extremely convenient. Love the Chickee hut for lunch and late afternoon drinks

Wonderful Property

We rented the first unit, but the owner elected to cancel and use the property for themselves. We already had our travel arrangements and plans set and paid for, so it was very frustrating. Thankfully, the on-site property management team called and offered up another property on site. While it wasn’t the unit we had preferred, we were able to make due with the accommodations.

Tranquil and friendly

We loved staying at this condo. It is perfectly situated near the pool but not so close that you can hear anything other than the gorgeous waterfall. I loved being able to walk over to the state of the art fitness center in the morning after having coffee on the lanai! We had a great time and the location is close to beaches etc. there are fabulous restaurants in the area as well. Thank you for a great vacation retreat! Deb

resort style pool condo

Our stay and Bonita Villages was better than we expected. nothing was lacking in the condo, it was really comfortable. Rooms were large and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week. to get to the pool, we took a short spiral staircase down 1 floor.( Or there is an elevator if you chose that route.) We really enjoyed the huge and gorgeous pool , hot tub and Tiki bar area. My father icame with us, his first vacation in 12 years! this setup was perfect for him too. The drive to the beach is only 5 minutes or so, the driver was always available to give us a ride, and we visited 3 other beaches in the area in our own car. The only 2 things that would have made it perfect would have been a few beach chairs to use, and would have liked the hot tub warmer. Thanks for a great stay- it was so hard to leave!
