About this property

BEAUTIFUL NEWLY REMODELED COZY AND COMFORTABLE UNIT

Our unit is located in Mountain View Condos-which was voted BEST CONDOS IN PIGEON FORGE for both 2016 and 2017. Our unit is located on the ground floor
( no stairs) , walk straight to the condo. From the back patio you can enjoy peaceful Mountain Views during the days and the lights of the Parkway after dark.

LOCATION! LOCATION ! LOCATION! Mountain View is located right beside Country Tonite Theater and Dunkin Donuts. Mountain View is also less than a mile to the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, WonderWorks, Hollywood Wax Museum, Titanic Museum and the Local Goat Restaurant.It's less than 1.5 miles to the Tanger Outlets Mall, Apple Barn,
Cider Mill and The Island at Pigeon Forge. The condo is 2 miles from Le'Conte Center and straight up the Parkway to Gatlinburg . At the main road there is a trolley stop that will take you throughout the local area
( including Dollywood).

This two bedroom and two bath condo is newly remodeled and provides plenty of space to enjoy a long weekend or an extended stay. There are 9' ceilings (except the kitchen) and crown molding in the living room and dining room areas.

You will enjoy the split floor plan of our condo as you take advantage of the amenities that make you feel welcome and interested in returning for your next getaway.

The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances which include, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, two coffee makers(one which is a Keurig with samples) along with all the utensils you need to prepare meals.

The living room has abundant seating and a cozy electric fireplace. Kickback in the new couch and love seat recliners and watch the 55" 4K Smart TV mounted above the mantle.

The master bedroom has a 43" 4K Smart Tv for watching while relaxing in the king-size bed with a brand new Serta mattress and new bedding. Light blocking drapes make it easy to sleep late in the morning. The master bath includes a granite double-sink vanity, with a gorgeous large full glass walk in shower.

The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds with all new bedding and a new 32" TV. Blackout drapes, along with a ceiling fan add to your comfort. There is a full bath attached with a tub/shower combination and granite-topped vanity.

The condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer, laundry detergent and fabric softer samples are provided.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo( no password required).If you have a Netflix account or Disney Plus account , you can watch those in the living room and master bedroom.

The building has centrally located guest carts to aid in handling your luggage or purchases from a day of shopping.

Mountain View offers an indoor heated pool, a second outdoor pool( plenty of lounger chairs for sunbathing) a 17 person hot tub, kiddy pool play area, a basketball court, volleyball net, horseshoe pits, cornhole, grills with picnic areas, and 2 play structures for the kids. There is also a quarter-mile walking trail bordered by seating areas.

Quick Winter break getaway

We came because kids were out for winter break. The property was immaculate, spacious and near every tourist/kid zone activity. Plenty of food near by and it was really perfect. I like that the apartment was on first floor so we didn’t have to lug up bags. I would def recommend.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay. This was one of the cleanest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! The location is great, I just wish there was a red light at the intersection. But I would definitely stay here again.

Mtn View Vacay

This property was exactly as described, maybe even better! It’s decor and cleanliness were very nice. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, soaps, laundry detergent, coffee and more all provided! the indoor and outdoor pools and playground were very nice. Lots of free parking.

What a great place

We had a GREAT week in Pigeon Forge. This property appeared just as it was online. It was VERY clean, well decorated, well stocked with the items we needed, and is in a great central Pigeon Forge location. We loved the pools, walking trails, and more - all right on site. We can't wait to come back next summer

Amazing Condo!!

Condo was super clean, great layout for a family and super convenient to get anywhere on the strip. Getting in and out of the condo complex is effortless as this is the very first unit on the corner, ground floor. Things could not have been easier for us with our 4 year old. We cooked breakfast everyday and had everything we needed other than olive oil so make sure to pack or pick up. Fantastic stay, highly recommend!!

WONDERFUL TRIP!!!! This condo is exceptional. Beautifully decorated and no stone left unturned with regard to the amenities. We take a "girls" trip every year at this time (no worries of snow - located right off the parkway), and I can promise this will be where we go for many vacations to come!!! Great family Getaway

The condo was everything we were needing for the age diversity in our family. Ground level for easy access for my elderly mother. Grandkids enjoyed the pools. Close to all the attractions yet back far enough from the road that the traffic noise was not an issue. Highly recommend this condo. Owner very attentive to our needs. Much appreciated!

Home on the Strip

I wasn't really sure what to expect when we arrived. The pictures looked nice, but most usually do. Walking into this place and exploring every room, well, it just made me feel like I was at home. Nicely decorated. The pictures were accurate, but much better in person. Would definitely recommend.

Very Cozy and Inviting

The condo was extremely spacious and clean. It was completely decorated for fall which was a nice touch. We throughly enjoyed our visit. The internet was a bit touch and go and the trash had to be taken to a different building so that was a bit frustrating. I wish I had brought my own pillows because the ones provided were extremely flat and flimsy but overall it was wonderful. My daughters and I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Baseball Memorial Day Vaca

Check in was very easy. All info was sent ahead of time and we went straight in which was great as we arrived late at night. Unit was very clean. As a rental owner ourselves this is top of our list for importance. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and was nice kids (12/16) had a separate room but did not have to share a bed. The location was great especially if playing in The Ripken Experience as we were. Everything we wanted to do even with traffic was within just a short drive. Unit is located on ground floor which was a plus for us as well. Will definitely look to stay here again when traveling back to the area.
