This beautiful cottage is situated just minutes from the town of Penetanguishene. This cottage is perfect for anyone looking for an exciting getaway with stunning views of Penetang Harbour. This property is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 10 people. Rental includes linens, towels, toiletries, coffee maker, Gas BBQ, Firepit, fully equipped kitchen, use of the hot tub, and much more. Property is inspected and cleaned before and after each rental. Rental cancellation less than 2 weeks before the scheduled rental period results in a return of security deposit, and 50% of the rental fee. Rental cancellation less than 5 days before the scheduled rental period will result in a return of the security deposit only. The rental fee is based on up to 10 person occupancy, an additional $100/week is charged for each additional occupant.

It was very nice and very clean. The host Irina made contact on more than one occasion and was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave us helpful hints to navigate the area. Would definitely go again!!

Great Stay!

Irina was a great host, communicated very well and also gave recommendations of things near by! House was clean and nicely prepared for our group when we arrived. The hot tub was a great touch!
