Let yourself be tempted by this magnificent villa only 10 minutes from the beaches and 20 minutes from the Cannes city center. The swimming pool and the deck lounge chairs are just waiting for you so they can (finally) feel useful!


As far as the layout of the place, things are looking pretty good, starting with the ground floor:


- A decoration carefully and lovingly chosen by the owners, to give you a “like at home” atmosphere rather than “like at the hotel”.
- A beautiful living room with large bay windows opening to the terrace and swimming pool, with a dining table for 6, a lounge area with a sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV.
- A large open-floor kitchen, well equipped with all you will need to cook like a chef, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?), as well as all the major appliances and a high table with stool for quick breakfasts. There is access to the terrace from here as well.
- A first bedroom with queen size bed, large walk-in closet and a small shower room
- Separate toilets near the entrance, but they don't mind to be alone (and you probably won't mind either!)

On the upper floor:

- One bedroom with a queen size bed, a closet, a flat-screen TV and a balcony to enjoy view of the swimming pool and background hills: a winning combo to compliment your breakfast in the sun right out of bed.
- Another bedroom with two expandable single beds (for anyone, kids or adults) and a closet.

ATTENTION: This house is inhabited during the year and the bedroom pictures show a different layout than the one that is re-arranged for rentals. Only the above descriptions in writing are prevalent and supersede the photos.

- A full bathroom with tub and toilets and everything else one can find in bathrooms.
- An outdoor space with the swimming pool as well as a pétanque field, to practice your game like a pro in the afternoon, and the Jacuzzi, to relax in the evening (or any other time of the day).


IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed.

Some property highlights:

- High-speed Wifi Haut connection, because all you need is love and wifi.
- Air conditioning in all the rooms of the villa
- Very quiet location only 10 minutes from Cannes and 10 minutes from the city center of Le Cannet with all it shops.

And as a bonus:

- All linen provided for each bed
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (the sizes are not adjustable to each person, no matter how one may stretch them).
- A map of the city and transportation, and a booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

Some geography so you know where you are:

As far as shopping for your daily needs, you will have a choice of small neighborhood shops, open markets and supermarket stores, in various surrounding towns:

- At the village of La Roquette-sur-siagne, about 7 minutes away by car.
- On the way toward the town of Pégomas, about 8 minutes drive.
- Toward the town of Cannes-La-Bocca, about 9 minutes by car.

(You can then let us know later what your favorite places are as far as finding the best produce.)


And for your leisure trips to explore the region, you can pick the following destinations:


- The city of Cannes to see its Palais des Festivals, just like the movie stars, to try its many ice-cream parlors and of course enjoy its fine sand beaches, all this within less than 20 minutes by car.


- Visit the famous perfume factories in the town of Grasse and pick up some souvenirs in the boutiques around the Place du Jeu de Ballon, in the medieval part of town. Also less than 20 minutes away by car.


- Discover the picturesque Provence inland villages such as Biot or Valbonne (20 to 30 minutes away). You can explore the labyrinth of medieval alleys in Biot and have a taste of the delicious Grand Marnier crêpes at the old town crêperie, or take a cultural break and admire the amazing blown-glass artisans at the glass factory.

**To make your life easier:**

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, or maybe a table reservation in a vegan, Indian or Chinese restaurant. We have a concierge service to fulfill your most basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
