Very nice property in a clean community though most of the community amenities were restricted to property owners. This is not unordinary for a resident community and is no reflection on the owner.

Thank you Mark, I am glad you enjoyed your stay! Most of the amenities are available to guests from Memorial Day to Labor Day (pool, tennis, basketball, golf) just the on site gym is limited to owners. But after Labor Day they do also limit pool access to owners only, sorry about that!

Great location. Far enough out of the way of Bethany Beach to be quieter and relaxing, but close enough to get to restaurants and beaches. The pool was great. Screened in porch is amazing. Lots of wildlife and nice view of the bay. Only real issue we had is the storm door is HEAVY and doesn't close well, and we had to be extra careful with the kids coming in and out.

Fantastic family vacation! Condo had all the necessaries and then some ! Perfect for kids of all ages, many games, abundance of movies, card games, so much that I’ve bought the same ones from Amazon now. Beach wants and needs all there, the Murphy bed , was super comfy too, son loved it ! Kitchen stocked, great screened in area! 2nd stay in same community and love the pool , the wildlife and all amenities ! Bring your fishing rods!

Wonderful stay

Hidden gem in a peaceful community with tons of amenities! We especially loved watching the 4th of July fireworks right from the back porch, such a great bonus. The bay view was beautiful, and we even spotted a few deer during our stay. The owner was friendly, easy to reach, and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent property

Wonderful place to stay, Julie was easy to work with and responsive. Already booked a return trip back. Kitchen had everything you would need, awesome location, near the beach and great golf on site.

Great Stay

A lovely home, very clean and inviting. We enjoyed days at the pool along with visits to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth. Julie was wonderful to work with. She responds very quickly to any of the questions thrown her way. We’ll definitely recommend to others.5 Stars for sure!!

Beach Vacation

This was our first VRBO rental and we were pleased with how easy everything was from booking to payment and getting the code for the door. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. I would definitely book this condo again.

Beautiful properly with plenty to do both in the community and out of it within a short drive. Ability to do laundry and cook helps when traveling with kids. Loved the pool and walk/bike trails in the community. We loved Fenwick beach and the calmness there as Bethany charges for parking hourly during summer months. Thanks Julie for a great stay!

Great Spot

We loved our stay. The neighborhood had lots of visiting animals and our kids loved spotting the deer and other wildlife. Super clean spot and with the bottom floor unit it was easy to unpack and pack. Very convenient location close to several grocery stores but more importantly great restaurants and mini golf spots. Not a long drive to the beach and boardwalk areas!

Great family stay

Although not on the beach. The porch is amazing with views of sunrises and sunsets. Short drive to the beach(Many beaches) Can drive to ocean city and rehoboth beach in 30 min. Mini golf and grocery story quick drive. If your looking for a peaceful relaxing place with an awesome pool away from the hustle and bustle of life this is it. Bonus is the nicely decorated and clean condo!
