This home is a 2-bedroom apartment in a luxury building in the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh. It boasts a fully-appointed kitchen, ensuite washer/dryer combo, air conditioning, and 1 full bathroom with step-in shower and numerous, large windows for ample natural light.

SLEEP:
• Queen bed with Casper mattress situated in each of the 2 bedrooms
• Interior Define Sleeper sofa in living room that pulls out to a queen mattress measuring 60" x 72" x 6"

• Appliances include 4-top electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, pour-over coffee carafe and water kettle, traditional coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

ENTERTAINMENT
Your Abode is equipped with a smart TV or streaming device which allows guests to access their own streaming accounts that are automatically logged out at checkout. Your Abode does not have cable or satellite service but the streaming device does provide some free TV and movie content.

Guest Access:
As our guests, you're booking a whole apartment, and you will have access to the entire residence, including bedrooms, kitchen, private living room, bathroom, etc. You'll also have access to the amenities in this luxury building: a full gym, lounge, and on-site dry cleaning pick-up and delivery.

• All guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement, and digitally provide ID prior to receiving access details. This information may be used for a basic public records search. Please see the "House Rules" section for complete details.
• Additional CREDIT CARD payment verification may be required.

• Background Check: Please be advised guests will be asked to provide a birthday and current address required for a basic public records search for the primary guest on the reservation.

• Locals: We are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of Pittsburgh). By placing a reservation you hereby accept and agree to this condition and understand that you’ll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation.

• Smoking: This building is a 100% smoke-free building; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other habitable areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we strongly suggest considering another property. Evidence of smoking will result in complete forfeiture of your security deposit and the inability to book with us again in any location in the future.

• Events & Gatherings: We have a zero-tolerance policy with respect to noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort are strictly forbidden. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are enforced from 10PM-8AM.

• Visitors: We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. There is a limit of 4 visitors in the apartment. Please, no unregistered overnight guests.

• Damage: We understand accidents happen, we require all guests inform us if anything is damaged or broken during their stay. Fees may apply, but more importantly we want to solve the problem for our future guests.

• Filming & Photo Shoots: If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. Filming on the premises without written consent ahead of your check-in date is strictly prohibited.

• Please no illegal activity or substances: The use or involvement of illegal substances or practices is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation. The police department is 1 block away. In short, keep it legal.

• Any violation of these terms will result in cancellation of your reservation and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have access to our team 24/7. You will be provided with contact information for your host, available during the day, and our 24-hour concierge service team in case of emergencies.

We make sure you have all of the information you need for smooth check-in, navigating the space, getting around, recommendations for the best eateries, nightlife, events, and information about the necessities (grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, ER, etc.)

The Neighborhood:
Located in The Golden Triangle adjacent to the Strip District, Abode's beautiful apartment-suite offers up unbeatable access to downtown Pittsburgh. With a walk score of 94, your apartment is located a short walk to some of Pittsburg's best restaurants, nightlife, and attractions. Some of the 50+ nearby restaurants, including Condado Tacos, Eleven, Bakersfield, and Sienna Mercato. Other attractions include the David Lawrence Convention Center, Senator John Heinz History Museum, Byham Theater, Pittsburg Symphony Orchestra, and August Wilson Center for African American History.

Getting Around:
The home is a short walk to Pittsburgh's Union Station and Steel Plaza, providing easy access into and around the city, including Amtrak, GreyHound, and Pittsburgh's bus and light rail systems.

This historic building is not only home to our Abodes and long-term residents, but also serves as a beautiful wedding venue. We believe it's important to inform you about the potential for noise from weddings taking place in the lobby area, as it might affect your stay.

Weddings at The Pennsylvanian typically occur on weekends and are scheduled to conclude by midnight. The majority of the noise associated with these events typically ends by 11:00 PM. We recommend that guests who are particularly sensitive to noise or those seeking a very quiet environment consider booking on weekdays if the potential for wedding-related noise during weekends may be a concern for you.. If you have any questions or concerns about the potential for wedding-related noise, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Amenity Limitations:
• Access to building amenities, such as the pool, gym, or communal lounge spaces may be restricted or denied to guests without notice. We cannot be liable for any of these types of outages since they are outside of our control, it's the buildings and cities discretion to protect the safety of the residents and our guests. If you book, you acknowledge that we will not be responsible of access to the amenities changes or is restricted with or without notice.
