The cabin was just as pictured and described. It is convenient and close to town, but far enough out that it is also quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future.
We had a great time during our stay! The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meal prep a breeze, and we really enjoyed our nights sitting out on the back porch. This was a lovely little spot that provided just what we needed for a fun little getaway!
We wanted a secluded cabin that was quant and quiet unfortunately that was not the case although the cabin was perfect in every way except for the noise coming from a cabin above us 2 different groups stayed there and both were extremely noisy which we didn’t stay at the cabin much we were busy exploring but if u want to sat on the porch in peace don’t expect that unfortunately no fault of the owners but otherwise annoying and disappointing still
The property is gorgeous. Secluded driveway so you feel tucked away in the wooded mountains. The cleanliness of the bathroom was sub par. Dirty toilet and mirror. Plus I sliced my foot on a shard of broken glass on the deck left from the previous tenants. The hot tub was a joke and it's part of why I budgeted as much for the property. But the overall stay was fabulous. Comfy beds, amazing kitchen and living room. Loved the covered porch! We would stay again.
Loved the location of this cabin and everything about it! Super clean, cozy and comfortable and relaxing. We hiked Mt. LeConte during our stay and were thankful for the two extra days of rest here after our excursion. Would definitely book again.
It was very pleasant setting. Away from the busy but still close enough. Will be staying again

It worked well for us
The cabin worked well for us.. the hot tub needs to be replaced or just removed honestly but we were not there for that so that’s okay. We have a few issues with the house like a bad door handle and a few outlets not working but also no big deal… other then that the house was exactly like they said a beautiful cabin in the quiet side of the woods. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again
My family and I had a great stay. It was a perfect sized cabin for our family of 5. My kids loved the hot tub and arcade game. It was just far enough from Gatlinburg to feel more remote, but it was easy to get into town if needed. We really enjoyed the proximity to Cosby park and were able to access great hiking! Our host communicated very clearly and made sure we were comfortable. We had a great time.
This secluded cabin was amazing! It was exactly like how it looked in the pictures! The only thing that we weren't aware of was the steep driveway but it wasn't a problem, we made it to the cabin safely. We loved our honeymoon trip to Gatlinburg and being able to stay in this secluded cabin made it even better! The simpsons arcade game and Foosball table are fun. The kitchen was stocked with all pots, pans, and utensils that we needed. One of our very favorite parts was the jacuzzi tub, very nice after a long day of walking. We can't wait to come back!
We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. Very nice and cozy place in the middle of the woods. The kids loved the foosball table and hot tub.
We had a great stay. The host was quick on any responses and the property was lovely. Fairly secluded. There were not people on top of you like other cabins. Will stay there again.
As soon as we pulled up we knew found a hidden gem. The driveway is so beautiful. This cabin is surrounded by woods. The location is perfect. An absolute perfect cabin to use for a getaway with another couple. The best part was hiking all day in the National park then coming back and soaking in the hot tub. We had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!
The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The host was very communicative through out the whole process. It was wonderful coming back to the cabin after a long day of enjoying the local attractions. My favorite was having my morning coffee on the porch sitting in the rocking chair listening to the forest wake up. I highly recommend this place.
The pictures don’t do this cabin justice. It was quiet and peaceful and we loved falling asleep to the katydids every night. The battery was dead in the door code reader but they came right away to fix it and it was nice talking to them about places we must see and eat! I recommend this cabin to anyone that wants quiet and peace after a busy day in crowds. I just wish we could’ve spent more time there!

While I was born in Illinois, I have also called Arizona, New Mexico and Kentucky home. I love traveling and seeing the world in my own country, as well as around the globe. I have been lucky enough to experience many careers in management, international music schools, the movie industry and finally as a Chef. I have left the daily restaurant scene for the moment to travel and work Food Festivals across the country. I love hosting and work hard to make sure my guests have a wonderful experience and that they feel welcome in their home away from home and help to make special occasions even more special. I love it when guests request special items for loved ones, whether it is wine, a cheese and meat tray, a cake, or flowers. In my free time I love to read recipes, cook, garden, travel, learn about the area and attractions. We love to hike! We are so lucky to have a wonderful area filled with so many beautiful hiking areas, waterfalls and wildlife in the truly Great Smoky Mountains. I want to make sure your vacation is memorable and relaxing and always enjoy welcoming return guests back year after year!
Why they chose this property
We value our privacy and know most of our guests do too. We don't want to be in our hot tub looking at someone else in theirs! We love the Smoky Mountains and the relaxation the mountain air brings. We chose this property because of it is quiet with all the things you need to make it a home away from home, yet still be on vacation as you sit on the covered porch and listen to the sounds of nature.
What makes this property unique
Our property has the best of both worlds! We are in a quiet, secluded area, yet just off the main Parkway. We can stay in and relax or drive the 15 minute drive to the Gatlinburg City Limits and enjoy all the sights and sounds it has to offer. We are a few short miles from the Cosby Entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which has some amazing hikes and picnic area. It is usually used by the locals, so you will find it less busy than other parts of the Park. If you want to say you have traveled the Appalachian Trail, you can do so from this entrance.
