About this property

Between birdsong and flowing stream, a beautiful house with jacuzzi, tastefully renovated by an architect HMONP and with a 180 degree view of Lake Annecy and the mountains (Roc de chère, Château de Duingt, Lanfon teeth…). A nugget for the eyes that can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.

On the ground floor a large living room with a kitchen open to the dining area with all the necessary equipment for a great stay with friends or family.

Upstairs 4 large bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds)

Terrain dispo, 1/4 de ce qui est sur la photo de présentation... Terrasse très dangereuse, dalles qui ne tiennent pas, Pas de clim... Pas de TV alors que maison loin de tout... Pas de penderie nul par..Que des commodes... Etat du SPA..douteux... BBQ vieux, grills pas adaptées, état du terrain lamentable...
