Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht, für 4'300 Euro für 2,5 Wochen hätten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Wir haben andere Vorstellungen von Sauberkeit. Nach Checkin haben wir über 1 Stunde nur die Küche geputzt. Auch andere Bereiche des Hauses innen und aussen waren nicht gereinigt. Auf unsere Mail mit Fotos betreffend Reinigung/Sauberkeit haben die Vermieter nicht reagiert.

Bonjour, après notre échange par mail, je vous confirme qu'il y a eu une défaillance dans le nettoyage de la maison et que notre prestataire a été prévenu de cela. Nous avons pris les dispositions pour que cela ne se reproduise pas. Pour le reste de votre notation je pense que cela ne reflète pas réelement votre expérience, vous avez qualifié l'emplacement de "fantastique" à votre arrivée. Nous sommes toujours très disponibles pour échanger avec nos visiteurs et palier aux moindres problèmes mais nous n'avons reçu aucune communication de votre part malgré notre disponibilité par Mail / Telephone / Whatsapp et nos deux emails que nous vous avons adressés pendant le séjour sont restés sans réponse de votre part.
Concernant le tarif, il est en rapport avec la capacité du logement (14 personnes alors que vous avez occupé le logement à 2) il faut également compter la commission généreuse prise par la plateforme dans le montant cité.
Je regrette sincèrement que vous ayez eu cette expérience et je peux vous assurer que toutes les mesures sont prises pour ne plus que cela se produise à l'avenir. Je vous souhaite une bonne continuation !
