Fantastic Villa and Location

We had a fantastic week, the photos don’t do the Villa justice. It’s equipped to a very high standard. It’s a short, easy walk into Sanary town centre. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful

Very nice house for bigger groups. Great pool and beautiful garden. Check in and check out were very easy. You need to bring a car if you want to go to the nice beaches.

Sanary Sur Mer Villa a Fabulous stay

The property was perfect for 8 Senior Adults. Nearly all the amenities that you would require for an 8 day stay (except towels). Very comfortable, easy access to the city. Good communication with the property owner. Highly recommend for a group such as we were.

The house was wonderful. Even though it was in an urban area, you didn’t really see the neighbours due to the surrounding trees. The rooms are much nicer than can be seen on the pictures

We had a lovely family holiday at this villa. The photos of the bedrooms do not do them justice. There is one room with a slightly low ceiling which goes up at an angle, and 3 other rooms that are basic, but fully equipped with wardrobes, a tele and bedside units. However the other 3 rooms were big (especially two of them) and great with en-suite facilites, one had a large bath in it.The kitchen had everything you could ever need and more. Whatever we were looking for we found!The outside area is great and the pool exactly as it looks with the sun just covering the end of the pool as the day goes on. The sun loungers can be moved around so they are in the sun all day.There is a supermarket 5 mins walk down the hill and a lovely port abut 10 mins walk with a food market on certain days and an evening market daily. There are lots of restaurants, bakeries and shops. A sandy beach is about a 15 mins walk which offers more restaurants and watersports. Overall a great place to stay for families (I wouldn't stay here if you are looking for a wild night life) and I would recommend it to anyone. We would definitely come back.Thank you Monique for looking after us.

Great location - zero warmth, zero towels

The location is good, but that was the primary positive for me. I'm writing this not because I want to diminish the value of the property but because I felt like the previous reviews were not honest enough. The beds are hard, the pillows flat. The kitchen is barely stocked with basics. I had to buy dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, hand soap, oil and vinegar, etc. The kitchen organisation is terrible, the plates & glasses are in the next room. Zero instructions for the house. There are no towels, at all, even in the bathroom. This is stated, but unbelievable for a property that has a pool and is by the beach. It's unacceptable for something of this size and cost. The pool was warm on arrival, the shutters were closed, the beds unmade. They could do just a few things to make it more comfortable and pleasant for people staying. For the price per room, i was really disappointed.

Ferien in Sanary sur mer

Wir hatten eine super tolle Zeit! Das Haus liegt mitten in einem Quartier und ist dennoch eine Oase der Ruhe. Der Garten ist wunderschön und man hat das GefĂŒhl allein zu sein. Es hat einen Pingpongtisch und auch fĂŒr den Pool viele Spielsachen, worĂŒber sich die Kids gefreut haben. Der Pool ist nicht wirklich beheizt... Es hat lediglich eine Plastik-Haube, um es abends abzudecken und die WĂ€rme etwas zu speichern. Das Haus ist gross und und schlicht eingerichtet. Es fehlt vielleicht etwas an WĂ€rme und Charme. Aber ansonsten fehlt es an nichts! Auch die KĂŒche ist makellos eingerichtet und man findet quasi alles und mehr als man braucht. Toll! Die Betten sind sehr bequem! Wir haben alle top geschlafen! Das StĂ€dtchen ist ein Traum. Zu Fuss ist man in ca 10 Minunten am malerischen Hafen. In der Umgebung gibt es nebst schönen StĂ€dten auch Zoo und Kletterpark fĂŒr die Kinder. Die Lage ist super. Auch wenn wir immer wieder neue LĂ€nder bereisen, so wĂŒrden wir sofort wieder in diese Haus zurĂŒck kehren! Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Maison super Ă  recommender

Villa trĂšs agrĂ©able. Il y a absolument tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin dans les deux cuisines. La piscine est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Il y a in petit Casino et un boulanger ĂĄ 5 minutes Ă  pieds ce qui est bien pratique. Il y a mĂȘme une poussette pour aller faire ses courses. Mon petit fils de 7 ans Ă  dĂ©clarĂ© que c’était ses meilleures vacances. Un petit moins en ce qui concerne les clĂ©s. Nous Ă©tions trois familles et nous avions seulement deux trousseaux. Il fallait dĂ©cider qui partait sans clĂ©s et s’assurer que quelqu’un avec une clĂ© rentre avant les “sans clĂ©s”. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir dans cette maison ( avec un trousseau supplĂ©mentaire )

La propriĂ©tĂ© a tenu toutes les promesses de l'annonce. Tout ce qui Ă©tait annoncĂ© y Ă©tait pour passer des vacances trĂšs agrĂ©ables en famille. Et mĂȘme au-delĂ  car c'Ă©tait une trĂšs belle maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© attentif Ă  ce que ses hĂŽtes aient toute satisfaction. A titre d'exemple, l'eau de la piscine Ă©tait un peu fraĂźche le premier jour (cela dĂ©pend des goĂ»ts). AlertĂ© par la conciergerie, face Ă  la dĂ©faillance du pisciniste chargĂ© de rĂ©soudre ce genre de problĂšme dans un temps limitĂ©, il nous a lui-mĂȘme donnĂ© l'accĂšs aux commandes pour monter la tempĂ©rature. A recommander en toute sĂ©curitĂ©.
