Looking to experience a nice relaxing getaway? Look no further than this self-catering family oriented cottage!

This cozy cottage features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed (bedroom one) and the other with two full beds (bedroom two). Bedroom one includes a closet, dresser and full length mirror. Bedroom two has a closet, dresser, full length mirror, small fan and a smart Roku TV. The open floor plan offers seating for your family with relaxing lake views. Walk out the front door and be just steps away from Greenville’s beautiful Baldwin Lake. The living room seating includes a 3-piece sofa, and one extra-large recliner chair. The dining table can comfortably seat four diners, for further seating there are two bar stools by the open breakfast nook between the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with a range of facilities including stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, etc.

The bathroom is fully functional with a tub/shower, large vanity, large well-lit mirror and fresh towels for your stay. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, we operate on a grinder pump and other products very likely could cause damage. No feminine products or wipes!

Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer which can be found in the basement. It is a well-kept Michigan basement with lower ceiling heights. Please watch your noggin going up the first stair to the main floor.

Within walking distance, you will find a community dog park, public beach, boat launch, Fred Meijer Flat River Trail, Tower Park which offers sledding and snow boarding in the winter months, Spectrum Hospital, and much more. There are many restaurants and areas to shop nearby in both uptown and downtown! Both are just a short drive around the corner from the cottage.

There are two kayaks and four bicycles available for your use. Please note we do not have direct lake access, but you are able to put the kayaks in at the public beach access or the public boat launch. The beach access is a short one minute walk. You are also able to take the kayaks on the Flat River for a day trip, the river launch at Jackson's Landing Park is 2 miles from the cottage. Due to the frequency of missing life jackets we no longer provide them. Children under 18 should not be left unattended on kayaks.

You can ride the bikes to the Flat River Trail .02 miles away and enjoy the beautiful 36.7-mile trail. Cycle past open meadows, woodlands, boardwalks, and bridges while following the Flat River.

The homeowners shall not be responsible or liable for any personal loss, accident, injury, or illness from use of the bicycles or kayaks. All amenities are used at the Guests own risk.

There is free Wi-Fi/high speed broadband and
access to all your favorite TV apps. The TVs are Roku smart TVs with an assortment of streaming channels, you will need to log into the apps you would like to use. Netflix is included and there are some free cable channels included as well.

We do have a pack n play available for infants upon request prior to your stay.

There is parking for two vehicles. Additional parking is available for your boat, trailer, or ORV vehicles three miles from the cottage upon request.

There is a security camera situated externally at the entrance to the cottage.

Due to limited space there is no BBQ grill permitted onsite.
