This was our second time staying at this property and they did not disappoint. We traveled from nor cal for our daughters engagement party. The property is warm and welcoming, very clean and all the amenities are provided. Walking distance to coffee shops, brewery and restaurants. We were able to check in early without any issues. Debby was a great host! I highly recommend for a family getaway.

Debby and Mike were great to work with! Always one step ahead communicating any needs that might arise from early check-in to asking if we needed anything to checking out. The main house and casita are remodeled and were spotless. The casita has a beautiful kitchen with a large island and a primary suite with a large remodeled shower. Between the main home and casita is a covered area that had games and toys that the grandkids loved. The main house has also been remodeled. Worked out perfectly for our family!

The Casa de Kona was the perfect fit for our family...all 11 of us. Everything was clean and comfortable. The accommodations are the best have encountered in our 5 years of traveling to various locations. The hosts, Mike & Debby, are very helpful providing some great guidance on places to eat and visit. They made a good vacation, Great. We definitely will return!

We have stayed in many, many Vrbos, and this is far and away the greatest experience we’ve ever had. The property is magnificent. We were able to rent the entire property to accommodate our family coming in town for our son’s wedding, and it was more than we even hoped for. The cleanliness and attention to detail by the owners blew us away. We had a question when we first arrived and received immediate assistance by the owners — extremely communicative from booking to checkout! Water and little snacks on the counters. K cups at the ready. First aid kits and emergency toiletries in the bathrooms. Elite-hotel-comfortable bedding that several of our family members raved about. And the outdoor space! Spacious, comfortable, beautiful, peaceful, yet at the same time, perfect for multigenerational families. Stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, every board game imaginable, as well as corn hole and “pop-a-shot” basketball. We will be rebooking and will be telling all our friends about Casa de Kona. Highly, highly recommended!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The hosts, Debby and Mike have thought of every detail to make your vacation comfortable. The house was clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the beds were extremely comfortable! It was ideal for our family gathering. We had small kids with us and it provided everything a kid would love to play with. I can't say enough positive things about this place. It is a first class place to stay. We can't wait to go back!

The Casa de Kona Villa consists of two houses connected by a large deck and patios. It was perfect for the three families who stayed there, we each had a king size bed and private bathroom with shower/tub. The kids ( infant, 5yo, 9yo, 12yo, and 17yo all enjoyed the plentiful games and beautiful backyard. Both properties were modern and exceptionally clean. The hosts were very kind and responsive and made us feel so welcome! We would definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a great time at Casa de Kona! Mike and Debby were very communicative and accommodating. Location was great with the beach nearby. The place was very clean and had plenty of amenities, with a spacious backyard and patio area. I can’t recommend this place enough for any large groups planning a vacation in the area!

Casa de Kona is such an incredible place to stay! The entire property was immaculate when we showed up, there was ample room for our large group, and all the places to spend time outside made for a really fun weekend. Mike and Debby were very responsive and accommodating, and you can tell they truly care about the experience their guests have. The location was really convenient to beaches and restaurants as well. We all loved our stay here, and would highly recommend Casa de Kona!

Even better than the photos!

I stayed here over spring break with a few friends and our 8-10 year old kids and it was just perfect. The kids played non-stop, (so many games and things to do here!) and the adults really enjoyed relaxing in the backyard or around the gas fire pit. The beds were really comfy too! We would definitely stay here again!

My family had an excellent stay here. The home was modern and clean and the property was beautiful. Mike and Debbie were good communicators and the little touches they added made us feel welcomed and at home. Our stay was top notch.

Family Friendly

I organized the stay at this beautiful property for family. Although I did not stay on site, the feedback from my son and nephews was 5 star. Very accommodating for children and adults. Beautiful yard and decks. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very easy to communicate with Debbie, she’s the nicest person!
