OCEANFRONT Property, beautiful views overlooking the beach. HUGE PRIVATE DECK!

Oceanfront rental just steps from the beach. Property is located on the beach boardwalk and is designed for 4-6 people. It has a large living room area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and an air mattress available if needed. Please note that the bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom (see photos). Spacious private deck with an amazing view of the ocean and boardwalk below. Includes deck furniture and BBQ (propane is provided). Beach towels and chairs available for use on the beach. Washer and dryer included (located in the garage). Property has security cameras at access points; garage, above downstairs kitchen door, top of staircase above upstairs door and above downstairs door. Restaurants, shopping, and other amenities close by.

Parking MAY BE AVAILABLE for an additional fee of $20 per night. If you require a parking spot, please inquire about availability BEFORE submitting a booking request.

Booking requests expire after 24 hours. A rental agreement is required and must be returned BEFORE your booking request will be approved. Please watch for communications from us in order to finalize your reservation. We cannot accept a booking request without a signed rental agreement and ID.

This is a great upstairs condo to view the beach and all the activity on the boardwalk. Absolutely loved the large deck and the convenience of parking in a garage. Very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. We were there this time for 9 days to celebrate our 19th anniversary. Both times the property has be extremely clean, with everything working and as described. You know when you stay for 9 days, and don't have to call the host for "anything", that everything was right! The beach/ocean views are outstanding! I would 100% recommend this property to everyone. We'll be returning next year!!...... Awesome property!!

location was great just steps to the beach Loved being able to walk out into the balcony and just sit out there and see the waves coming in. House was very nice and good communication with owners would definitely recommend and come back again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the area. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially loved the huge deck—it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful sunsets each evening. We would definitely stay here again!

The rental has the charm of the 40s-50s tile, cabinetry, and feel. The view was fabulous and I almost felt like I was sitting on the sand at the shoreline with the proximity of this rental. It was perfect for 4 of us, roomy living room, large private deck, comfortable beds and it was worth the extra fee to park in the garage. Bath towels were plentiful. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and toys for young children.We enjoyed our stay immensely. Nothing is perfect but the owner needs to do a few repairs/updates.Unfortunately, the outdoor propane fire table was out of propane. The large patio umbrellas were broken and unusable and the deck became too hot without the shade. Some dishes had chips and were very limited in amount available. Some of the dishes needed washing before using as there is no dishwasher. Future renters need to bring absolutely every spice or item needed for your cooking excepting the pots and pans.

We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay, and appreciate your feedback! In the access information we send to each guest, we encourage guests to contact us immediately with any housekeeping or maintenance issues so we can address those quickly. We do keep extra propane on hand for the BBQ and fire pit table, and would have been happy to change that out. We also typically have extra umbrellas on hand, or can replace them quickly, if we know they are broken. We had recently updated the dishes and made sure that each property had a complete set for the number of guests we host. Unfortunately, guests who rent the upstairs and downstairs together sometimes move dishes and other items between the two properties. We do apologize and will rectify that immediately. The home was clean, the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with what we needed. The large deck was our favorite part of the home! The location of the property was perfect, close to restaurants and shops but not too close where it was noisy or crowded.

Great property. Great garage parking. 3 small suggestions; rubber bathtub mat, shade over the kitchen window and maybe a bistro set on the deck( higher chairs to look over the railing). Loved our stay and will be back
