Maison au cœur du village en bordure d’océan et à deux pas du port se composant d'un séjour/ cuisine aménagée et équipée avec un canapé convertible deux couchages (140), d'une chambre pour deux couchages (2x80 pouvant être rapprochés), d'une salle d'eau et d'un WC séparé, et d'une chambre cabine (6m2) avec table à langer et lits superposés (Pour enfant 150x90) attenante à la chambre principale. A l'extérieur, une terrasse et un jardin non-clos avec salon de jardin et barbecue. Place de stationnement.

Le Plus de cette location à la mer : A quelques pas du port de la Cotinière, au cœur du village. Situation exceptionnelle avec une place de parking, une terrasse clôturée par une barrière et l'Océan à moins d'une minute à pied.

Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre).

Dieses Haus würde ich nicht nochmal mieten.

Gute Lage, angenehme Größe, gut ausgestattete Küche, weitgehend sauber. ABER: Ein fensterloses (!!) Kinderzimmer mit sehr schlechtem Geruch sollte nicht vermietet werden. Vor einer Vermietung sollte die eigentlich schöne Terrasse von Laub befreit werden.

Points positifs Appartement au calme et la rue à traverser pour être sur la plage. Points négatifs Ménage pas fait à l'arrivée ! Appartement défraîchi et sale. Mauvaise odeur persistante. Mal entretenu (propreté, terrasses), Mal équipé Banquettes salon défoncées. Vis-à-vis sur la terrasse. Aucun rangement dans la chambre

Séjour à l'île d'Oléron

Très belle petite maison située dans un endroit calme. Confortable avec une petite cour bien abritée. La plage à 70 mètres et le port et les commerces à 5 min. à pied. Des vacances reposantes et vivifiantes. Nous avons loué des vélos pour découvrir l'île. Très belle expérience. Il a fait très beau et début juin, il n'y a pas encore beaucoup de touristes ! !

Une petite maison au calme, très joliment décorée, très bien aménagée et tellement bien située. On s y sentait comme à la maison et nous serions bien restés une semaine de plus!
