Vintage Charm with Modern Comfort: Enjoy the character and warmth of a classic home while appreciating the convenience of a beautifully updated bathroom and custom built fully equipped kitchen. Our 1 bed , 1 bath bungalow is perfect for a comfortable stay that close to the mountains & heart of the city. Whether you're traveling solo, with a partner, with family and friends or your furry family members 🐾, our space is designed to accommodate 4 guests effortlessly, but if necessary can sleep up to 6.


Our little bungalow is a truly private home experience, not a shared property. You will be the only ones with access to the entire home, to the fenced backyard back with beautiful patio and
to the front of property that has a nice unfenced side yard and safe parking area ample enough for multiple cars , trailers, moving vans or RVs, if needed.

The garage and back shop are not accessible to guests at this time, but will not be accessed by us during your stay.

Sleeping Arrangements:

▪️A plush king-sized bed in the bedroom ensures a restful night’s sleep.
▪️A cozy futon in the living area provides additional sleeping space.
▪️Need more room? A surprisingly comfortable full-sized hybrid spring air mattress is available upon request.

Our Commitment to Cleanliness:

We take pride in maintaining an exceptionally clean environment. Our space is thoroughly cleaned using only natural cleaning products and unscented detergents, ensuring a fresh and healthy stay for all our guests.

Yes, we are a pet friendly house, but from a cleaning standpoint our goal is that you would not know it. We can’t 100% guarantee that you won’t find a stray pet hair somewhere in the house, but our aim is that won’t.

All bedding, furniture covers , linens, pet blankets etc. are always washed in between guests, with no exceptions, so you don't have to question if something really is clean.

We are 100% pet-friendly, welcoming doggos and kitties of all sizes / breeds , and are not just pet “tolerant” as many other rental options.

From our own traveling experiences we know finding a location that is truly welcoming to our furry family can be challenging. We want you and your fur babies to feel right at home here.

Jamie’s communication was excelled! Check in and checkout were a breeze. The home is perfectly labeled and well organized! My dog also appreciated the big yard, patio and pet friendly finishes (he also loved the treats they left out for him!). We had a great stay, and would absolutely stay here again if the need arises.

Absolute gem of a property and by far the most pet friendly place I’ve EVER stayed in. Great interior design and such a perfect little place to stay on our travels. We are already planning to book our next trip in a month. You cannot go wrong with this place.

We loved our stay here! It had everything we needed and more. They were also very accommodating to our puppy. Everything was super clean as well. The location was great and was accessible to so many different stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area. Your Home away from Home!

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed and at home with our pets. The house was indeed very pet friendly and anything you might need for your stay was available. Our pets loved the backyard and we were able to sit outside with them and enjoy the cooler morning weather. Stores were short distances and access to the expressway was very good. We will definitely be coming back!

This little house was amazing! Very clean, well stocked. It was in a perfect location. So much near by to do, eat and explore. The backyard was very spacious and our three big dogs loved it! We will definitely stay again next time we come to town.

Lovely home — well thought out amenities/touches — fully functional and well supplied kitchen and bath — comfy bed and cozy living/dining area. Fenced backyard out the back door was perfect! We didn't actually stay at this cute little bungalow. My husband had a medical emergency and he was admitted to the hospital. Jamie was amazing. I didn't even let her know until after the check-in time. She immediately went to work to get another client so she could refund me our money. How nice was that. I was overwhelmed by the whole thing and she took over and the next day she let me know the house was rented and she was refunding me. She then contacted VRBO and they told her that she refunded they would also. I can't give her enough accolades ** They wouldn't let me submit an incomplete review so truth be told ' communication with manager" is the only rating I want to submit.

From the moment we got there until the moment we left, everything was perfect. You’ve never stated a place that our pups were so welcomed. Jaime went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The backyard was perfect, The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of places to sit and relax. The extra space in the bedroom to do a little yoga or stretching was really nice. I know this is probably not a home that you would work in, but the only thing I would say is possibly putting a desk in the bedroom with chair. It’s not a necessity, but it would be good for people who are traveling and working remote like we were. We made it work. We always bring a folding table with us, but either way it didn’t make her break. How amazing this place was. The bathroom was great because there was two separate sinks, and I cannot say enough about the beautiful kitchen. If you are lucky enough to stay here, I am jealous because I’m not sure if we’ll ever be able to come back through Colorado. If we do, I know we would stay here again if it was available.

Great Stay for the Christmas Holiday!

This was the perfect place for the two of us. It’s both quaint and cozy but with a very large yard for our frisbee loving dog. It has been redone inside with a great kitchen and large master bedroom with a king bed, and updated bathroom with plush towels. Super clean…after a 12 hour drive…I went straight in to take a bath…its that clean! Host was very gracious, and they even had a pet treat and toy waiting for our fur baby. The back area of the home is set up for pets with both a dog door to the yard and gate to living area if you need it (they even have a courtesy dog crate if you need one). Our son lives just 2 miles down the road in Belmar/Lakewood,,so the location is great for shopping, dining, mountains, downtown Denver and more. We will be back!

Comfortable, cute and convenient

I stayed here with my dogs over the Thanksgiving holiday. The location was good: close to Belmar shops as well as grocery stores. The big backyard and doggy door were perfect for my dogs. Everything was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay!
