Balandrine house with 2 bedrooms / 4 people and Wifi.
A 15m long mooring in front of the house.
Private area in Port Grimaud South.
RARE! Beautiful view on the canal from both bedrooms.

This lovely typical house of Port Grimaud divides into 2 levels:
- on the ground floor, a living-room leading to the terrace, a well-furnished separate kitchen (dishwasher, hotplates, oven, fridge with a freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster) and guest toilets.
- on the top floor, one bedroom on the canal side with a double bed (180cm), a bathroom with a washing-machine, separate toilets, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds joined that can be separate.
WIFI
Linen and towels not included.
On the canal side, a terrace and a little garden to enjoy the sun from breakfast until the mid-afternoon.
In front of the terrace, a 15m x 4,20m mooring for a boat up to 14m x 3,90m.
A private parking space included.

The house is located in a quiet and private area of Port Grimaud South.
There is a square in the street to play boules ("pétanque") or for children to go cycling.
The shops and restaurants are less than 5 minute away by walk and the beach is about 500m away.
Free Access to the Coches d'eau shuttles in summer time.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (water activities, gulf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

• Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Additional fees between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. No check-in later than 8.00pm. Check-out time: 10.00am at latest.
• Bed linen and towels not included in the booking. You can rent some in addition.

Lovely place, absolutely amazing

A spacious place, well furnished, feeling immediately at home. Location is great, garden has the view you want in Port Grimaud. As the lovely host has more places to be at, at 16h00, just go to the beacht and enjoy the sea, while you wait maybe a bit longer to enter the home. It is worth it! The beach, the home, the host. Really, an absolutely go. We will come back!

toujours un plaisir de séjourner dans cette maison très calme (cette année pas de voisin, ni à droite, ni à gauche) proche de la petite plage. Beaucoup d'endroits à découvrir ou redécouvrir, les villages perchés, les stations balnéaires, les petites criques, les vignobles... Véhicule indispensable pour visiter et se balader

3ème fois dans cette belle maison, les pieds dans l'eau, a été redécorée cette année, donc plus moderne. (pièce de vie et les 2 chambres) Reste la cuisine....mais le frigo a été changé!! L'endroit est calme, une petite plage moins fréquentée que la grande, n'est pas très loin. Vélo conseillé pour se rendre au centre de la cité lacustre. Toujours aussi bien accueilli par Yaël, de très bon conseil pour visiter la région

La maisonnette est typique, jolie, agréable et bien aménagée. L'endroit est charmant. Nous sommes arrivés alors que les commerces fermaient le lendemain (1er mai); Yael s'est renseignée et a fait un détour pour nous informer si une surface commerciale serait ouverte. Yael a été sympathique, serviable et disponible durant tout notre séjour. Nous la remercions et recommandons volontiers cette adresse.

Cadre idyllique pour passer des vacances au calme, dans une belle maison avec ponton d'amarrage,près d'une petite plage, dans un très beau quartier. Un peu de marche pour se rendre au centre de Port-Grimaud et sa grande plage, vélo conseillé. Merci encore à Yaël pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. je recommande vivement

excellent séjour à Port-Grimaud dans cette belle maison avec jardin et amarrage. On y revient avec plaisir. Comfortable pour les vacances, il faudrait toutefois peut-être faire qq rafraîchissement de mobilier et changer le frigo( c'est d'ailleurs prévu).Quartier calme, près d'une petite plage, un peu de marche pour aller dans le centre de Port-Grimaud et sa grande plage. Privilégiez le vélo ou utilisez les coches d'eau. Région où il y abcp de petits villages à visiter, Ramatuelle, Gassin, Grimaud et Saint Tropez bien sûr!!!pour les plus connus !

Unser Aufenthalt in Port Grimaud

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Wir konnten das Haus pünktlich in Empfang nehmen und wurden von Frau Gestion mit Gastgeschenken empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet bis auf die Kaffeemaschine, die ersetzt werden sollte. Die Kücheneinrichtung an sich bedarf einer Erneuerung, die aber laut Frau Gestion schon für die nächste Saison geplant ist. Auch am Tag der Abreise konnten wir das Haus pünktlich übergeben. Die Zusammenarbeit mit dieser Agentur vor Ort war sehr angenehm und zuverlässig.Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen. Margrit und Jürgen
