House was clean and bed slept so good. We had plenty towels and wash cloths. Great water pressure for showers. Thanks for leaving a toothbrush as my husband left his. Will stay at this location again if returning to Florida.

Quiet and Quaint

Nice for the two of us!!

The property location is perfect: <10 min walk to eateries; <5 mins from highways; felt safe walking alone after dark; beautiful, vintage architecture and massive oaks in both directions out the front door.

Definitely booking again in the future!

What a cute, comfy, COZY stay in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted! The bed is SUPER comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, there were plenty of towels and linens, and everything was super clean! We are definitely bookmarking this location for the future. We live in Fernandina Beach, my fiance is from Arlington and we love having staycations! So we will definitely be back in the future. Wonderful hosts!

Great location.

We stayed a full week had a lovely time. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping, access to beaches. There was a beautiful little park on the water down the street. The host was a great communicator. The rental unit met all our needs. To our surprise, they left little snacks and was fully stocked with bathroom items.

Just a few blocks from some really cool bars and restaurants. The place is charming. Old style crystal doorknobs, etc. the property manager is super helpful. Would recommend.

Very cute and cozy.

This is the perfect location if you are staying in Riverside. They put a lot of thought into the decorations and it was adorable. There were thoughtful touches everywhere. I highly recommend this rental.

City Visit and Golf

Great place to stay in Jacksonville as long as you have a car. Quiet neighborhood. Biggest plus: not far from the Cummer Museum which is gorgeous, has some great art, and beautiful gardens along the river. Rental had everything we needed and Theresa was very respoonsive..

Last minute stay....def worth it!

Place was just as listed! Super relaxing space! Area has so many places to eat and shop! Theresa and Chris were so helpful with recommendations and maintained communication throughout. Parking right across the street is free if you have a larger vehicle. Although there are other units within the building we had no issues or noise above or next to us. Would def stay here again and will def be back to re-visit the area! Bed was so comfortable and very hot water for shower!

The apartment was so cozy and comfortable. In a central location for everything. They even offered me 3 hours early check in of no charge. I will be renting again. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.

Clean and Comfortable Cozy Apartment

Safe and convenient location to Avondale, Riverside, and downtown Jacksonville. Super CLEAN, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, linen and couches. Bathroom towels are thick and plush. Small con is you can hear the people walking on the hardwood floors in the apartment above, so ear plugs are helpful at night if that would be a bother. Otherwise, very happy with this stay, would rent again.

This property was the most clean I have stayed in. The location is safe for walking to restaurants, St Vincent,s and the river. St Vincent's and the river are a four minute walk. The layout is very convenient and the building is very quiet. Parking is close but on a Sunday there were options. I was able to park my medium size SUV with no problem. If I need to go back to St. Vincent's for a early morning appointment, I will stay here first.
