The main purpose of the owners, who were involved in the whole design and construction process, was to create a comfortable and warm home with outstanding outdoor areas. Everything was implemented with respect to the local architecture and the excess use of local stone, and what makes the villa unique is the windmill shape building that dominates the construction.
The villa covers a total area of 160 s.m. and can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 levels.
The ground floor of the Windmill features a cozy round sitting room with big luminous windows and a fireplace plus a w/c. Adjacent there is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor features a comfortable bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The lower level encompasses one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds, one more bathroom and a useful storeroom. All rooms have immediate access to the stone tiled wide verandas and enjoy panoramic sea views across the azure Aegean Sea.
Besides the windmill, what makes this property exceptional is the 12-meter infinite swimming pool and the surrounding area, where much of the summer-life takes place. The villa's exterior is very spacious, with a lot of lounging and sitting areas, wooden pergolas and a BBQ area with a traditional built-in oven. Olive, pomegranate, fig trees and Mediterranean bushes, plenty of bougainvilleas and a plethora of indigenous plants surround the building and the verandas and form beautiful landscapes.
