Comfortable two bedroom/two bathrooms condo located on the second floor (elevator available) of Naples Sandpiper Bay Circle, new furniture and appliances, new laminated wood flooring throughout, updated bathrooms, stainless steel appliances. TV’s in both bedrooms and a 75” in main living area.
Sandpiper is a modern condominium with two beautiful, heated pools. Minutes away (2.5 miles) from “5th Avenue” where you can enjoy fine dining, shopping and the white sand Gulf. Assigned parking is available within the condominium. Very quite and pleasant. The apartment can be occupied by 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It has one comfortable king size bed and one queen size bed.
Board approval is required thru Tenant Evaluation. There is a $150 non refundable application fee and $100.00 Parking Fee once approved.
The cleaning fee is $200.
Board Approval is needed 25 days prior to rental
