Owner has been in Key Biscayne since she bought her first property in 1998. She is a graduate of the University of Miami school of Architecture. Her love for design and architectures is evident through the style in her homes. She furnished this house with an "Island Chic" feel. Using neutral colors and touches of nautical details makes it a great getaway, island retreat. Owner owns two Real Estate Companies on the Island, one of which is at The Ritz-Carlton and the other at The Ocean Club, in Key Biscayne.
Why they chose this property
Sleeps 12 comfortably. Newly RH furnished and freshly painted house feels like a breath of fresh air. Centrally located. No need for a car, walk to the bay, ocean, parks, tennis, golf, restaurants, shops, etc.

The fun decorative shutters on this house reflect a whimsical display of Bermuda island style architecture that is perfect for the Key Biscayne Island setting.
