Welcome to our 49m2 apartment, fully air-conditioned, located on the 1st floor (no elevator) in a secure Parisian passageway



- Living room with sofa bed, 1 dining table, Smart Tv, Wifi

- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer in the laundry room located on the landing)

- 2 bedrooms with queen size bed (160cm) with Smart TV

- 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is performed by a professional housekeeper.

Great location away from tourists!

This place is close enough to all the attractions but tucked in a fashion district in the 2nd arrondissment. Lots of great neighborhood cafes, bakeries and restaurants! Overall, a great place and we would stay again. They manage many properties, so it wasn’t always easy to get a response and the place wasn’t exactly sparkling clean. But it was definitely worth it!

Christmas in Paris

Great place to stay. Close to two Metro stations. Very centrally located. Grocery store nearby. The mattresses and pillows were excellent the showers were amazing. The apartment was quiet off the main road and you accessed it through a well lit covered alley. Excellent bakery just across from the exit to the alley. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Nice Apartment

The apartment itself was very nice with two queen beds and two bathrooms which is very difficult to find within the city. The bedding was wonderful and the apartment itself was very clean and new with restaurants and metro stops nearby. The company representative met us at the apartment within 20 minutes of our arrival. It was not clear in the listing that this apartment is located in an enclosed passage (a non-motorized, covered alley), not on a Paris street. The windows (3 in the apartment) open to this passage, so there is no direct sunlight or fresh outside air. There are also lots of pigeons making their home on the windowsills (it is Paris!), so opening the windows is not an option. The passage is locked at night and the lights are turned out later in the evening, adding some difficulty for late evening returns. The location is also about three blocks from an area of sex shops and sex workers, which is no problem in the day but be aware of this. This apartment would work best for adults (not families) who plan on spending all day and evening out in the city and only need a place to begin and end their day.

Good location

We needed to go to a different location to get the key to this apartment as it was after 5:00 pm. I suggest checking in earlier so you don’t have the problems we had. If you don’t have a car, you will be in trouble getting the key with all your luggage dragging behind you. The apartment is behind several gates in a very sketchy passage that was all commercial office spaces or work spaces. We got used to it but initially it was a bit concerning. Once inside, you will have only a view of the immediate building behind you with dirty walls and wiring to look at. We kept the curtains closed. The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms didn’t have dressers or surfaces to put your clothes and other items in. The sink in one of the bathrooms kept backing up and the washer/dryer appliance door broke with our clothes inside! The apartment manager had to send someone to get it open. No stove, only a stovetop burner and not enough coffee or even soap for the washer. A very small bit or paper towels and only one kitchen towel. The electricity went out but we got it back on with the fuse box. We had to contact the management several times in our 4 day stay. All in all the hassle wasn’t worth the lower price for places in this area. The location itself was central to what we wanted to see and do, so we stayed. Just use caution when renting this place. Be prepared to not expect much.

Thank you for your comment which however surprised me very much. you arrived after 7 p.m. and you opted for an "autonomous" check-in with a keybix system which is located a few minutes from the apartment , also the apartment is located in a passage so it is normal that it is surrounded by shops and shops.Concerning the washing machine problem that you encountered we intervened within 2 hours, for the electricity you restarted the electricity button and everything worked straight away. It's not at all nice to raise these points which were resolved in 2 hours and penalize us for it! good luck and be careful too :)
