L'accueil est impersonnel procĂ©dure avec un voisin heureusement gentil et dĂ©vouĂ©; literie fatiguĂ©e ou trop souple pour ĂȘtre confortable; suite Ă  ma demande tĂ©lĂ©phonique avec la propriĂ©taire l'accĂšs ne devait comportĂ© qu'une marche alors que 3 accĂšs avaient des marches hautes incompatibles avec ma mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite ce qui a rendu mon sĂ©jour difficile, dommage endroit charmant dans un quartier agrĂ©able et prĂšs de la plage et des commerces. Maison ancienne bien située

Bon sĂ©jour dans cette maison ancienne proche du centre et de ma mer, au calme, avec un joli petit jardin. Confort sommaire mais suffisant. L'accueil par les voisins serait Ă  amĂ©liorer selon nous : pour la 1ere location de l'annĂ©e, il aurait Ă©tĂ© sympa d'ouvrir les fenĂȘtres avant notre arrivĂ©e pour aĂ©rer et surtout rĂ©chauffer la maison. AprĂšs installation, nous avons constatĂ© que l'eau Ă©tait coupĂ©e, situation rĂ©tablie aprĂšs appel aux voisins, puis aprĂšs les courses, que le frigo Ă©tait moisi par manque d'aĂ©ration, un comble de devoir nettoyer cela alors qu'un forfait nettoyage est facturĂ© 70e. Puis nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise pour la douche en revenant de la plage de conster que le chauffe eau n'Ă©tait pas branchĂ© alors que j'avais bien demandĂ© de vĂ©rifier cela lors de nos dĂ©boires avec l'arrivĂ©e d'eau... Bref, des (petites ?) attentions qui nous semblent normales pour une location. On partira du principe que nos remarques seront prises en compte pour amĂ©liorer l'accueil des vacanciers suivants...

TrÚs bon emplacement malgré quelques déconvenues (dont certaines régler trÚs rapidement) : - Télé ne fonctionne pas (mais dépannage dans la journée) - Congélateur non fonctionnel (joint fissuré et moisi), idem bac à légume (car surgÚle par le congélateur) - Forte odeur de renfermé dans la maison (literie également), aération en permanence pour que cela reste bien mais dÚs qu'on ferme une journée cela revenait Cordialement
