House and Garden by the Sea

Peaceful stay by the sea in the village of Ver sur Mer 400 metres from the sea, this charming and comfortable house will delight you.
A large garden, the Gold beach is nearby, about 5 minutes walk, small local shops 1km, a brasserie 300m, you could do without your car.
Here, the bed is made on your arrival, all the linen for the number of people is included, you will just have to enjoy. All the tourist places on foot, by bike or by car...
Single-storey house, with south-facing terrace.

Entrance, Living room, Dining room, beautiful new and fully equipped kitchen, scullery and large fridge and freezer, 2 Bedrooms (1 Bed 180 and 1 Bed 160 or 80), Shower Room, 1 toilet on the ground floor.

You also benefit from a laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer and a shower back from the beach, as well as a toilet in the basement, all accessible from inside the house.

An open outdoor shelter will allow you to park bicycles, and a parking space in the courtyard will ensure tranquility.
You can park in the driveway of the house which is fenced, car gate and pedestrian gate. You can also park for free on the street.

Shops such as the bakery, the tobacco bar and the mini-market are located 10 minutes walk away and the Post Office is a little longer but not much.
A 5-minute walk away, a brasserie restaurant, the pharmacy, the doctor, and the seaside with its beach and supervised swimming in summer.

Ideally located on the D-Day landing beaches, 10 minutes from Arromanches by car and 30 minutes from the American cemetery and 40 from the Pointe du Hoc, you can also enjoy the nearby seaside resort of Courseulles sur Mer 5 minutes away. Caen and the Castle of William the Conqueror 25 minutes away and Bayeux the historic medieval 15 minutes away by car, here is something to satisfy young and old.

For the bravest, Honfleur is 1 hour away, Le Falaises d'Etretat or Mont Saint Michel is 1 hour 30 minutes away.

- Dirty linen to gather when you leave, including bed linen.
