A convenient one-level layout, this single story surfside featuring a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, Blu-ray, Wifi.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of four spent a wonderful week at Sea Colony. We loved the beachy aesthetic and the updated kitchen, but nothing beats the incredible sea views and sounds from the balcony. We would love to return in the future.

We’ve been vacationing at sea colony for 12 years go back every summer. This is one of the better apartments we’ve stayed in plenty of pots pans dishes everything worked beautiful view. Just wish they started the summer fun things a little earlier.

Wonderful condo!

We have stayed at Sea Colony for many years. This was one of the nicest condos we rented. It is updated and the kitchen is nicely equipped with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. A minor draw back is the dishwasher is not great. The view is wonderful and the angle of the balcony makes it private. We have put this condo on our list to rent another year.

Beautiful Unit

The unit was well equipped and functional. I gave it 3 stars because the cleaning of the unit prior to our arrival was horrible. There was sand everywhere and toilets were not clean. The silverware drawer had dirt in it. If you looked under the couches the floor was covered in sand, dirt and dust. Owners have a beautiful unit but need a better cleaning crew in between renters. I empathize because I know during these difficult times, it is tough to find help.

Great view but lots of issues

Great space and terrific view but lots of issues. The knob to the shower needed replaced and had to use wrench to turn on/off, TV in master BR, door to spare BR kept coming off hinges and blind was broken in master BR. Most of these issues were fixed during the stay but that required people coming in/ out several times. In addition the outdoor pools were only open 10-2. I did reach out to a supervisor who responded quickly and was able to issue us a credit.
