Great summer stay!

This condo was very comfortable and provided a tranquil home base during our vacation to Bethany. The condo itself is clean and newly renovated. Highlights included the shower, a nice kitchen, and a well maintained patio area. One thing to be mindful of, as mentioned in a previous review, some of the tables are glass topped, so be extra careful if you have kids or someone elderly. Great and comfortable stay overall, would stay again!

Great, Little Getaway, Peaceful and Modern!

Perfect for our quick stay with our family! The pond by right by our rental which was great to sit on a bench and take in the scenery and sounds (you cannot fish in this one though - there are others to fish in but this one does not allow). There is a pool 100 yards away across the parking lot to use. We used Instacart to deliver groceries so it would be easier to have them there once we arrived and that was a great decision - highly recommended. The back deck area my mother absolutely loved. Overall a quick, great stay at this perfect little spot in Sea Colony. Tip: Download the app for the shuttle schedules - during busy hours you will have to wait 10-15 minutes.

Sea Colony - Tie Breaker

This unit was tired and dirty. There was grime on the cooktop, the shower curtain liner was moldy, there was an accumulation of trash in the trash can under the trash bag, there was grime around the A/C ducts that suggests that the filters were in need of changing, and the was a substance on the kitchen ceiling despite the listing being advertised as having been deep cleaned. We reported it to the management company but they did not seem to care. We love Bethany and this was our third stay at Sea Colony, the first in a Vacasa managed property. We are not impressed.

Loved hearing fountain from patio

We had a wonderful few days here. Check-in was smooth and quick...Really enjoyed the beautiful flowers on the patio and the sound of the fountain in the pond. Property was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend. People with disabilities may need to consider long walk from parking area to unit and stairs to enter..

Great getaway

Sea Colony is a very convenient and relaxing place to stay. Easy to walk everywhere, but not in the thick of the boardwalk hub bub. It was our first time going to Bethany Beach, and we'll definitely be back!

Dishwasher and Washing Machine Broken

Two appliances essential to an easy stay at the beach were not working- the washing machine and dishwasher. It put a major damper in the trip and cost us valuable vacation tIme.
