Featuring recently renovated bathrooms, this one-level resort retreat is home to a living and dining area (with new three-piece sectional sofa - 2019), well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs, 3 DVDs, Blu-ray, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features bathrooms with showers only (no bath tubs).

Very nice getaway

Overall, we really liked the location and amenities. It could have been just a little bit cleaner, but it wasn't something that would deter us from booking again.

Amazing week at Sea Colony

We have been visiting Sea Colony for many years and this unit was one of the very best. It is furnished so comfortably and is well maintained. The kitchen and its housewares were amazing. It is obvious the owners of this unit take great pride in it. We just can’t say enough about the accommodations!

This home is located in Sea Colony which has many amenities. The beach and pools have lifeguards and plenty of space, chairs and tables. The beach was easily accessible for me and I have trouble walking. The overall complex/ property is well maintained. The location os PERFECT!

Great 3 bedroom condo! Nicely decorated and and clean. Wonderful location. Walking distance to Bethany Square. We were there in September and it was a joy to see the beach, the morning sunrise, and feel the sea breeze while spending time out on the balcony. The refrigerator stopped working during our stay and when we called they responded within an hour. The refrigerator was repaired quickly, which exceeded our expectations. The family that owns H512 certainly takes pride in caring for their condo. Our 5-day stay was awesome!

We loved our vacation home at Sea Colony! The beach view was beautiful and literally right outside our porch window, the private beach was an approximate 2-3 minute walk, the outdoor heated pools were great for our two kids, and the house itself was spotless when we arrived. We had an amazing vacation and cannot wait to return soon! Would highly recommend this house!

Great getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean. One of the keys did not work in the door, so I contacted Vacasa. Somebody came within 20 minutes, took the key but did not work and made another key for us that worked. I would definitely stay here again.
