Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset, you'll enjoy the panoramic sights of the ocean and the endless horizon. Sea Colony guest badges are required for each person ages four and over each week and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe (across the street from Sea Colony). In addition to badges, parking passes are required while on Sea Colony property at all times, even in the off-season.

Very comfortable place and furnished wonderfully. We had some ugly weather and found ourselves in the room a bit more than expected but the place was extremely comfortable and allowed us to feel right at home. Parking is great. We loved the condo at 805 Chesapeake. The place matched the photos and was located right on the beach with access to several swimming pools. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and the condo was clean upon arrival.
