Nice Place

We enjoyed the property and it has a nice view of a small pond behind it. Its also in a nice central location to everything Sea Colony has to offer. Vacasa botched having the property cleaned and ready to go when we arrived and unfortunately it took a few calls and a visit to their office before they actually cleaned it from the last guest who stayed (over 24 hours to respond). The property itself was fine and we enjoyed our stay, but I hope Vacasa can respond more quickly in future stays.

The community it self is very beautiful, but beware the shower in the hallway does not work- no above head water, only would fill as if it was for a bath. The balcony view is nice to the lake, BUT beware there are about 5 popped nails, only realizing after one impaired by foot. Our feet were black if we walked without socks/shoes so we went to the store to buy house shoes, but that didn’t help our one year old who can only crawl. Cleaning was subpar, there were dirty tissues in the bedside cabinet drawer, yuck. Again, only good thing about this property is location and access to the amenities of sea colony, but not the house itself. The kitchen appliances all worked and there were minimal bugs inside, so that is a plus.

Great unit and area

The unit was very nice, spacious and clean. It is two story with the primary bedroom on the first floor and a loft / additional room on the second floor. The location is close to shops, restaurants and the boardwalk. Also, you are close to a great walking or running trail. We very much enjoyed our stay.
