Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this single-story seaside getaway is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen (with 'pure water' filtration system), full hallway bathroom with updated walk-in shower replaced the shower-tub for 2026, and bedroom (with a private half bathroom of its own). Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. There is a 65' 4K UHD (ultra-high-definition) smart TV in the living room, a 40' 4K UHD TV in the bedroom, two Blu-rays, Netflix, Keurig, and WiFi.

Great place to stay. Kids loved the bunk beds and bed was comfy. Loved the view from the balcony which was shaded in afternoon. Spacious living room area. We wallked (~1 mile) to Bethany Boarkwalk area to eat. Would stay here again.

Stayed for a few nights at the end of summer with family. The unit was very clean and everything was really easy. Lovely view from the balcony of both the beach and Bethany. Very convenient parking next to elevators. Sea Colony amenities were great.

We've been going to BB for several years now and this is hands down the best unit we've ever stayed in. The bed situation unique and exactly what we wanted, the new carpet, and furniture are all great. I also really appreciated the RO water tap in the kitchen as it saved trips and money on bottled water from Giant. I also love the Annapolis view of both the beach and the farther out Bethany boardwalk. The cleanliness and kitchen were great. The owners are also great! We wish we were back there now!

Beautiful just Beautiful!

This condo has the best view in my opinion of the beach and a small pay of the community. And it’s right off of the elevator and parking is right at the entrance so Convient. I would definitely stay again and recommend. The location I s perfect close to everything.

This is our third time staying at this condo and we ABSOLUTELY love it. This time was for a reunion of college friends. The kitchen was fully equipped for our needs and was very clean. Bedroom featured a comfortable queen bed (seemed like a new mattress). The location is ideal at the northern end of Sea Colony, which makes it convenient for a short walk up the beach to town. (Which my college friends loved) We loved the view looking north from the balcony (and even from the living room and kitchen) towards the town and all the way up to the inlet bridge. Will definitely be coming back again! Looking forward to returning!

little disappointed.

This is our third stay in this condo. The rugs and couch still need replacing, quite old and dirty. Bathrooms are in need of updating, mold on ceiling, tub and sinks need updating, but clean and work fine. The TV was a problem to switch inputs and volume was a big problem. The mattresses definitely are in need of an upgrade. Overall the place is fine but could use some updating. We like the size and the rest of the place is convenient and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked and more than enough towels and linens etc. I would love to book this place again but the rugs and couch may keep me from it alone. The view is unbeatable!!!!!

An “A” for 809A!

This home was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully equipped and very clean. I loved having the half bath off the bedroom in addition to the full bath. The bunk beds were a hit with our youngest kids. There was more than enough space in the living room to use the queen sized air mattress that we brought in case my oldest kid wasn’t comfortable on the sofa bed. He ended up sleeping on the actual couch and loved it! The smart tvs were a plus. Our favorite part of the home was the deck with the gorgeous view. Plenty of seating for coffee in the mornings and cocktails at night while the kids were winding down, watching tv. The bath/shower could use an update, but I was impressed that all 5 of us could shower or bathe before dinner without it getting too cold. Overall, it was a fantastic place that we would rent again for sure!

Our family loves coming to Sea Colony, and we particularly enjoy this condo. Great location, awesome view, and close proximity to everything we want. This would have been our 3rd straight year at this condo (thanks a lot COVID), and we plan on returning next year.

Delayed check in and NOT clean

After not receiving our check-in email (with the ability to go straight to the property) we went to the in-person check in and were told our place was not ready yet “because it was still being cleaned”. When we finally arrived the toilet had mold all over and the shower had dirt in it. In the middle of a pandemic this place was clearly NOT cleaned and after several calls and emails I have received no response! Disgusted!
