Elegance at Butte aux Cailles

This comfortable space is perfectly suited for two people, with a double bed for restful nights. Bed linen and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals at your convenience. The bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer for your convenience. You'll also find a full range of equipment to make your stay enjoyable, such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, oven and even a dishwasher. There's also high quality wifi (fiber) and a TV to keep you connected.
Located on the 3rd floor, our apartment is accessible via an elevator, making it a comfortable and soothing place to stay.

Please note that arrival is entirely autonomous, and keys can be collected from a store located 10 minutes' walk from the apartment (3 minutes by car).

Butte aux cailles is one of Paris's most picturesque neighborhoods, where every street corner reveals a special, unusual place. Beneath its country airs, it's a rare district where liveliness and the gentle pace of life go hand in hand. In this Mecca of Parisian street art, typical boutiques and characterful restaurants punctuate the cobbled streets. Public transport links to central Paris are easy.

The Place d'Italie metro station is just a 6-minute walk from our accommodation, so you can get around the city quickly and easily. The Corvisart and Tolbiac metro stations are also just a 6-minute walk away, offering several public transport options nearby.

For your convenience, self-check-in is available. Keys must be collected from a local shop that closes at 1:00 AM.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed.
Please respect the peace and quiet of our neighbors by avoiding excessive noise, especially after 10:00 PM.
Please take care of our accommodation and its amenities.
Early arrivals & late departures:
For arrivals before 4:00 PM or departures after 10:00 AM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
