Ocean Breeze is your ideal Destin condo in Sterling Shores, just steps from our private Gulf of Mexico Beach. Sterling Shores Resort offers two fabulous pools, a 4,300-square-foot Lagoon-style Resort Pool with a large mushroom spray fountain; and a Gulf Front Pool, seasonally heated, in our Sterling Shores Private Beach Club, Our Club has restroom facilities, and a seasonal refreshment/snack bar. Also onsite is an impressive 24-hour fitness workout facility, community BBQ grills (fueled by natural gas), and picnic tables located to the side of the lagoon pool.

*Adjoining studio available for larger groups—(king bed and kitchenette) the joining door remains locked unless both are booked
*Minimum age to rent is 25

*Construction on the roof is occurring between May and August of 2026.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Updated condo with a great view!

The condo was tastefully decorated and comfortable! I loved the couch, large tv and seating options! The balcony was large and had a pretty view. The only negative was the pressure washing and painting outside of the condo.

Our Destin Getaway

We have stayed at Sterling Shores before, but this is our first time in this unit. We were not disappointed! The view of the Gulf was absolutely amazing! Everything in the unit was very comfortable, clean and updated! We will definitely be back!

We loved it!

This place exceeded our expectations! We have been let down over the past with the accuracy of the condos pictures, but this place is exactly as pictured and the views are even better in person. Our kids loved the heated pool by the beach and the slushees! The condo was in great condition, clean, and we loved the decor! The bed was comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Winter Get Away

We drove in late Sunday nite, had no trouble getting in the gate and condo! Loved the dramatic view of the ocean! Skip the restaurant behind the condo, too touristy.

This was our favorite rental by far in Sterling Shores. Decor and furnishings were stylish and refined. Views from the unit were awesome. Check-in and check-out a breeze. Communication with rental company was prompt and very helpful.

Great Vacation

Very good impression. Clean place to stay at. Great condominium at 8th floor right by elevator. Recently updated and very nicely furnished. Beautiful view from balcony. Walking distance to the pool, to the beach and restaurants. Worth coming back there.

Great place with matching views

The condo was spacious and comfortable, such a bonus to have a large deck with great patio furniture. The patio and furnishings definitely sets this place apart. Although we chose to eat out, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The property management group was very helpful with any questions or minor issues. Would stay at this rental again.

Beyond Beautiful Unit with Stunning Views

The unit was the nicest and most clean unit we have stayed in. The decor and care the owners have given is top notch. The views were amazing, from the large patio with seating to enjoy from morning to night. All other parts of the property were clean and it is located in an area accessible to everything. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful Place

Beautiful unit overall! Looks exactly as pictured. There was only 1 working elevator at the property so that was annoying. We did have some communication issues when trying to check in but that was resolved. Other than that my family definitely enjoyed our stay and will return!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sterling Shores. Refreshing ocean breezes, sparkling pools and an energetic atmosphere all contributed to a perfect getaway. Unit 804 is decorated beautifully and offered a spectacular view of the water. The balcony area is comfortable and quite roomy. Hint: If you rent this unit, and want hot showers, turn the shower handles to cold. Trust me on this! ☀️
